Crash at end of First mission

Ok, made a fresh install of SA the other day (and did nothing to it) but for some reason, the game freezes up after "Sweet & Kendl".

 

Once you return to GS, Rider says his "showed them" line, Sweet say "when you leavin" etc, etc, then theres the usual Prompt box with "You can save your game here" and thats it. The game just locks up on me. No idea why.

 

Oh, btw, I am an XBox SA modder, running SA mods on XBox, but everything runs pretty much identical to the PC version, So if you no a solution for this if it was PC, tell me anyway, it'll probably still work
