Problem with popcycle.dat

People, I have a problem. I modified popcycle.dat , so at night there would be less traffic, everything works, but when there is 5-6 police stars on my a*s, instead of 3 pursuing cars there is only 1 car...

Can somebody help me ? confused.gif
