lacasner
The main reason why people say this game sucks or there is nothing to do, in my opinion, is because no one has any imagination to think of their own things to do. If people actually role-played or looked at the game from some different angles, they would have much more fun instead of just searching to "blow sh*t up". For instance: And in multiplayer you can do all this and more with other people and just play in a competetive environment. Ask yourselves these questions though. Will things like gloves or ratman make this game more fun? No, they are one-time features that R* may add in the DLC to please some whiners? What will make the game fun? Extended creativity from it's players, not just fullfilling tasks to get to 100%. You have to immerse yourself much more into this game to have fun, I think. Try to think about it in that way, all the haters, before you deem this game a failure and San Andreas as so great. Opinions?
Tony Mozzarelli 80
Yeah you're right, it's our imaginations that are lacking. In fact makes me wonder why i spent money on the game in the first place when i could have imagined playing it for free. It would have been much better. Yeoman
You've got some good points. I usually enjoy GTA more when people organise things or roleplay, even if its a simple as all getting the same car and cruising around or playing follow the leader. Tony Mozzarelli 80
I don't want you to do anything, I'm just telling you why you're bored playing this particular game. Yes because the game lacks real content and requires you to pretend that there is more to it. Fair enough you're probably right. That is why i'm bored of it and you're not. You have the ability to do that and i don't. but if i were you i would save my money and imagine myself an even better game where all the people wear fingerless gloves and there are lollipop sucking whores on every street corner
Seleets
I play this game about 4 hours and 1 day a week so I don't get bored because I look forward to playing it.

Dear x Sergio
Gooooooooood topic. The reason that GTA is the most genius series in games is because of the creativity that you are allowed to take advantage of. If you don't use it, you're not getting the full GTA experience. Shootin_spree
I think I will get bored of this game in around 9 to 15 months, rough guess indeed My headset has been broken for quite awhile now, so i cant fully enjoy online play with friends, and this p*sses me off. Im getting a new one in a couple of days, so i look forward to some great times. Most probably coming up with new games and challenges.

Planes and parachutes are the only major gameplay aspects that I can think of that were just plain taken out...and those were only in San Andreas! So why is it that everybody LOVES Vice City yet hate IV because it's not a San Andreas remake? The poster is right, in my opinion, you just need a little imagination! Even in San Andreas all I did for fun was steal cars, blow stuff up, and go on police chases! Not to mention challenging myself to stunts and such...all of which are greatly improved in Iv. So what's the problem? No gambling? No pink Afros? Oh no! GTA is ruined!!!

1066ant
A good thing to do with GTA is to play through the missions as you would in real life. When commiting a crime its not common for people to drive down sidewalks mowing down 20 people in real life. I t makes the game more interesting if you play it as Niko, if you catch my drift. Yeah but how do you do that? make your own missions and such? you are very limited on the amount of things you can do. You can shootout with cops, or steal cars, that's pretty much it. The mini games are all well and good but you can only play them a certain amount of times. So what can you do?

Tony Mozzarelli 80
Sightseeing was fun for the first couple of times i played it, but after that the appeal wears off. What's the point of making a highly realistic and detailed alleyway, and then negating all that hard work by giving me no reason to go down it?
