!!GC!!
All incorrect, sorry. No one is particularly close geographically, either. More clues: 1. As my name suggests, i have something on me. 2. I have transport ready nearby. 3. From here, you can watch another form of transport. 4. In my grounds i posess something that could help CJ walk in 60 or so years. 5. Nearby is a potential assest. 6. Do you know which way the wind is blowing? I do. 7. The transport stated in Clue #2 can be used, but it is also broken and cannot be fixed. WOWAI?

dxk
I am not in mood to think, but remember the windmill near LV? or perhaps the Aircraft carrier. It has railway track near it. Its also a cane spawn point near it?! that, or some place with railway track near it, with a vehicle spawn spot and a cane spot with either a windmill or those socks like things that they have at airports. !!GC!!
Beacon Hill. Winner!! Congrats greebo-man, good guess. Your go Clue Explanation: 1. As my name suggests, i have something on me. Beacon Hill suggests there is a Beacon on top of a hill. There is a hill and there is some-what of a Beacon on it. 2. I have transport ready nearby. The Sadler. 3. From here, you can watch another form of transport. Train tracks are just down the hill. You can watch trains. 4. In my grounds i posess something that could help CJ walk in 60 or so years. Cane/walking stick. 5. Nearby is a potential assest. Trucking. If you complete Tanker Commander and then also the Trucking missions. 6. Do you know which way the wind is blowing? I do. The Beacon is a wind direction thing. It points the way the wind is going. 7. The transport stated in Clue #2 can be used, but it is also broken and cannot be fixed. The Sadler can be driven but it is all banged up and this cannot be fixed. Go greebo-man.

radicell
A ladder of sorts? Yes, but keep going... The only black ladder I can think of is the one at the side of the Dozer, but that doesn't fit the clues.. There's also the ladder that leads up to a certain crane.. could that be it? But that's yellow... And so are those at the bottom of Easter Bay airport.. Maybe it's a ladder leading up to the top of a chemical tank, perhaps somewhere like Easter Bay Chemicals?
