Someone waves it, drops it at the end of a timer, then you can begin the race. the monocrome version is just black/white. NFL REGGAE = GREEN FLAG. CJ sees it, but can never use it. Don't try to get away, because you can't. Before the flag is waved, CJ is stuck in place in his vehicle. 3. Your freedom is restored with my downfall. When I am downed (slammed down), the race starts and CJ's mobility is restored. 4. I am used at the end of a counter. At the end of the 3 2 1 race counter. 5. A monochromatic version of me exists at the end of the red trail. 'Monochromatic' means black and white, and refers to the checkered flag that comes at the end of the 'red trail', which is the race route as shone in the UI. 6.
