The game wouldn't run on psp at all. And why would it be GTA IV: Vice City? That's like saying GTA III: San Andreas. I hope that Niko is the protagonist again. He is my favorite. Hopefully he goes to one of the older cities, but completely redesigned. Like future San Andreas. Hey, Niko was a pretty good character. He has a cool place to start from. Like if you did "Deal", it could be how life would be without Roman. How would it fall behind?
