Been there, luckily I found something yesterday. It was called GTA IV Sweepstakes contest thing. Basically by joining the Social Club, you entered this contest in which you could get a GTA IV styled portrait of yourself. Here's a link that gives further explanation: click here!

Im thinking the background could be new york in RDR, remember bonny mcfarlane [i think] saying her brother had gone to the big city etc... although the suit and the gun look to modern. Possibly L.A. Noir for the background also, but the bloke is just... creepy and dosen't fit into any of the scenarios I put him in. Crackin' piece of artwork tho, absolute mint :^

There are some things to take note of in this image.

 

• The screenshot was taken from FSX (Flight Simulator 10)

• I added the sunlight effect you see in the top left corner via Photoshop, it was not in the original image.

• The hands you see on the Yoke (proper name of the control to control the ailerons and elevator of an aircraft, some refer to it as a steering wheel for a plane) are cropped from an image of GTA IV using the First Person mod.

 

I hope you like it.
