jBhIpS this is amazing, could you just satisfy my curiosity and give me a small explanation about how you do this? I mean what sort of software or what technique, or do you cut the images individually and then you make the motion in a program like Vegas.

Wanted to do something experimental, not something too mainstream, and well... I think I succeeded.

Since my thread was locked, here's my concept loading screen.

 

Quick Notes:

-The music is following in the trend of the 60's-70's funk and rock music used in the first two trailers.

-I put in my own loading emblem after the concept art, with a radial glow around it, to give it an animated feel.

 

Major Problems after Self-Assessment:

-I realize that the concept art isn't layered and animated. The only reason why I couldn't do this is because I don't have a copy of Photoshop, which would have been easy to delete the background around the characters, implement them into Vegas, and pan them at a different rate than the background. However, since I couldn't do this, I just panned the pictures, at about the same rate as traditional GTA Loading Screens

Thanks grope . I never seem to get the arms right the first time, should be an easy fix though.
