Don't get an attitude, it's got nothing to do whether he/we/you are a moderator or not but rather that it's common courtesy to follow simple rules here on the forums.

Quoting pictures more than once isn't entirely necessary due to the fact that it makes the page clutter and is more than useless if the user is just responding to it like "Nice." or "I like this."

 

It shouldn't be that hard to get that little ticker in your brain going and realise this.

I can understand where you're coming from, what I'm referring to is quoting pictures in excess.

If you're quoting the image to give some feedback then go right ahead, but if all you're doing is posting something like "Cool" or "I like that", then there's no point in stretching/cluttering up the page for a small post.

Ok I see what you mean that can get annoying. However It it might just be me but I feel it's a nice compliment when someone quotes your image, and if used right it's a good way of showing people some images that might have been ignored on previous pages. But yeah he should definately go easier on the quote button.

I have contributed to this thread, but the pics got ignored so I thought why bother? Just because they weren't those strange Internet meme styled ones no on cared. I would love to have the time to sit and draw lots of pics for this but sorry your f*cking highness, I have other sh*t to do

 

I like looking at other peoples work - some f it's very good, and you're obviously one of these pricks that think they're above the rules - mods have posted in here about quoting images and quote trains, maps etc and what you still think you're an exception? Get over yourself

If anything your the one that seems to think he's above everyone else the way you boss people around, sure you may be right about mods telling us not to quote pics but don't you think it's a bit strange that your barking at people while the mods themselves don't really say much about it on this thread.

 

No ones asking you to constantly contribute your own images to be active on this thread but no one also asked you to be a back seat mod.

Why not show a bit of maturity, adhere to these things - that started as polite requests, yet selfish people ignore them - instead of attacking those who merely try to help others' out.

I'm not too happy about the placement for "Role In:" and it originally wasn't in the image.

 

The shoulder is a bit messy in terms of cropping but overall I'm satisfied with the outcome.

I wasn't trying to attack you I just think you should calm down a bit. In what way does it seem like I'm have been having a childish tantrum? Your the one that's sworn at me and told me you hated me. Yeah i can see those two points. On the whole, as an overall image, i think it works.

 

Did you do anything extra to the guy on the right? Like effects? Looking at it it's reminding me how good it looks - some of the characters in IV looked too maade up (Elizebeta for example, i wish she didnt wear a low cut top as the quality of her body textures were poor), but its making me hopeful for GTA V

The only thing I did to the character was add a gradient map to transform it into a black and white image, then add a slight drop shadow behind it.

Oh man I remember when that original Mafia II image was first released, It was simply amazing, I spent well over a year on the 2K Games forum discussing Mafia II much like I am here discussing GTA V the only difference is that GTA V wont be as much as a let down as Mafia II was I love what you did with the background man, looks official!
