Since we're still on the subject and I've buggered off and slept on it...as well as reactivated Vice City..what I would like to see are the handling characteristics of the vehicle remaining consistent between mission and non-mission modes. This is a frustrating factor throughout all of the GTAs . I drive like Micheal Shumacher when I jack a Taxi or Police Car...but as soon as I hit the mission key the bloody thing does a Herbie on me and decides to please itself and go for a wander any where it bloody likes except where I want it to go....and don't even mention the Ambulances .

I am now trying for a personal best of resurrecting Vice City and doing all the driving missions without the handling cheats...while I wait to accumulate enough magic beans to magick into a New GTA compatible steering wheel . I think the difference of handling between the two modes is actually the same as the game cheating on the player, without the inherent glitches on other parts of the game of course.

In short for GTA 5 I would like Rstar to LISTEN to us gamers and learn the difference between challenging missions and needlessly frustrating sneaky tactics that require game glitching cheats to overcome

I would like it if GTA V has the prostitution system. Like using prostitutes in missions.

 

also maybe can add fighter jets and yacht, SAM missiles. Just Helicopters are not fun at all.

Also, I want a more sophisticated vehicle spawning, as there will not be like 500 same cars spawning around, or that it spawns more when you are already driving it.

My ideal GTA would be fairly similar to Vice City, you know, a proper retro game with good old fashioned Scarfaced-esque type violence!

 

Having said that, it would be a crime to go away for the New York type storylines that have been present on previous GTAs don't you think?

GTA 4 story is crap, just a man trying to take revenge from his employer, blah, bla, bla..... The next GTA should have a good story like SA, good missions like in SA and not like in gta 4 where u just become the driver, it should be like SA where u seat at the back shooting at the back like SA, U should be able to go to the gym and become muscled, become fat, more/new clothes shops, more/new restaurants and fast foods, Tatoo shops, Buy able property, car shops, recruit gang members like in SA, gang territories, gang business like in vice city stories, jets, Casinos, commercial centers where u get shops, betting shops. In General, gta SA, gta vice city stories, gta 4 all combined together to make the perfect game, with all these things to do, we will stick to that game for a Long long time... It would have been GREAT if an ex-gta hero like Carl Johnson(SA) is the hero and where he meets Niko, Vic and other gta heroes where they do missions together or when the Hero(Carl) kills an ex-gta hero like Vic. That would be the perfect game....

 

EDIT: Everyone here wants the next gta to be like SA or Vice city. I mean SA is the only gta where you could do many things, a re-texture SA with new things to do and new environments would be GREAT, like how things changed from 1992 to 2010....

I want destroyable buildings (like in mercenaries-series), new world with atleast two cities. they could be like 20-50 miles from eachother. more vehicles. planes back, more huge vehicles like big ships, big planes. and segways and skateboards and bikes. and ability to crab everything to melee weapon and ability throw those items. locking up cars, and cars run out of gas. old car can break down, and racing circuits. and racecars like formulas, nascars and indycars. trees, buildings and other stuph are

a more extreme and capable anti hero. think sin city, kane and lynch, natural born killers, chopper, american psycho, the joker, charles bronson (the english one) hunter s thompson, doctor sax ..etc someone with more fighting skills doesnt have to be martial arts maybe you could choose between a number of preset fighting styles . but a far more extreme character is required. i want him to drink bourbon and smoke while he breaks a guys jaw with a single blow and then dives behind the bar whilst firing his signiture concealed sawn off blowing his agressors heads off and sending there limbs flying (there should be more dramatic and cinematic damage graphics i want to blow a guys leg off when i shoot it with a shot gun.

 

better music including a 50s 60s surf freak beat instrumental radio channel(nirvana,the pixies,Qotsa, lots of sinister minimal/tech house to get seedy to

 

make it as customisable as possible

I agree, especially on the music thing.

 

 

I'd also like the ability of going to the gun range with your friends to practice and compete with them. Car customization, running your own crew but with really good A.I.,buying and managing businesses, properties for sale, mobster type cars like a Town Car (Washington doesn't count cause the front end is hideous),customizable guns and an Italian Mafia character. More bars and nightclubs, the option of extorting neighborhoods, layered clothing where you can choose for example underwear, shirt, pants, jacket, coat and accesories. Being able to kidnap people. Fight moves that improve with time and mission progress, a Saint's Row garage system and the ability to acquire silencers.

Wow 109 pages. I'm gonna go read it all, but had this idea and wanted to write it somewhere the GTA devs might really be checking.

 

Create a small, volunteer-moderator-run community of media creators--in particular, voice actors--whose work is routinely downloaded by the game and integrated into the experience. Characters in the restaurants, stores, and streets could be saying new things every time you go in and overhear a conversation, which would add a really nice bit of realism in a very engaging, fun way. After all, it's not hard to grab a microphone and read some everyday talk script, then upload a file.

5. Actual gangs on the streets while free-roaming. I think it would be good going into a ruff neibourhood and seeing a big gang of about 20 people all hooded up and one or two with a Pitbull.

6. A prison. When you get arrested you pay money or go to prison. It would become annoying after awhile, so when your like 15 missions in GTA could had a escape from prison option.

Two good ideas.

 

Prison: you can make bail once you meet someone with enough money and can call them. More realistic than escaping from prison every time. Plus, I don't know about you but I'd love to stay in an in-game prison for a while!

 

- Gigantic brawls breaking out in the cafeteria.

- You're herded like sheep by cops with tasers. If you fight back at all your ass is tazed and you're physically drug to where you're supposed to go. hahahaha

- The only weapon you might find: a shiv of some sort.

It would be pretty damned hard. Then again, if you get badly injured in prison, you do escape to the hospital...

In San Andreas were many shops to buy clothes and in GTAIV, are there only 2-3 shops, And in SA you have a fitness centre, jet pack, bikes, gangs, many weapons, air plains which you can fly. YOU DONT HAVE THAT IN GTAIV, THAT SUCKS!

GTAV should have the drug system from GTA - CTW, but with these new features:-

 

• Dealers actually talking (not just subs.)
• Dealers actually taking drugs from your holdall/rucsack and giving you theirs (not drugs just disappearing from your bag)
• Negotiating with drug dealers fro cheaper prices
• Enhanced graphes obv.
• Drug smuggling overseas
• Ordering smuggled drug from oversea to a docking bay and then collecting the gear
• Robbing Dealers
• Selling drugs to addicts and junkies on the street instead of just dealers
• Raiding more warehouses instead of just 1
• Consuming drugs to gain benefits like faster running, reloading, shooting speed and health gaining etc.
• Of course overdosing on drugs might lead to a trip to the hospital, dangerous hallucinations which attack you LOL or maybe an addiction meter which you lose health all the time until you kick the addiction by either taking another shot, consuming food and drink (alot of it) or dieing and going to the hospital, coming out with no addiction.
• The ability to roll joints, make cocaine powdery, clean needles etc. (making drugs in factories)
• A bigger variety of drugs: (coke, heroin, weed, downers, ecstasy, LSD(Acid)) and others like tobacco, morphine, alcohol and speed
• Making your own (fictional) drugs, name them and test them on the public
• Throwing drugs at junkies and crack whores as a side mission like in CTW in the mission 'Half Cut' to earn money
• design your own holdall colours, patterns and even logos or tatoos
• Make your own Dealer name
• Ring up other dealers and addicts abou price changes
• Plus, any other Drugs Trade stuff ive missed out from CTW should be included in GTA V

My Ideas:

90% of san andreas back, i.e Attachable trailers for tractors, lorries, cars, airtugs etc, Graffiti/spray cans, all the weapons, the countryside, bicycles, quad, go carts SO SO much missing that was in the older game.

 

More weapons, More cars and more big vehicles i.e buses.

Option to get a job i.e bus driver, shop worker (for when your 100% complete and bored).

More stadium races

Sports i.e football, baseball.

Bring back the gym feature

an import your music option (so you can play mp3s stored on your ps3)

when you crash you loose life

more planes, with passenger planes that YOU can ride on to get to different island

flirt with strangers feature

use anything off the floor as a weapon (simular to what is already on IV but better)

more cars, bikes, boats etc

more motorway/highway

Bring back Parachutes and jetpack

 

All in all, apart from the graphics, SA was 100000xs better. what ever happened to flying school, driving school?, the hydra plane... any plane that you can fly for that matter?. what happened to pushbikes and BMXs? the car modification shops? the wierd sex toy weapons?. what happened to stadium races i.e bloodring?, what happened to the taxi missions? fire missions?. Damn they missed loads out.

You know what could spice the game up? Various weathern paterns and natural disasters. You could have differant seasons of weather through out the game, like snowing for winter and always sunny for summer. Also throw in a random earthquake or two and shake things up.

Yeah, one problem ive thought of is how incredibly hard it would be for them to make the snow go gradually. well im no game developer but i assume it would be hard.

The seasons idea would be a great touch.

 

Demand: DLC. Grow the map after game release, for free. Doors that once didn't open can open, encouraging endless exploration. If a level editor was released, a community of modders would create and submit small levels -- rooms -- for free.

 

Suggestion: a graffiti system. Not uploading images to post onto the wall, but spraypaint cans you could use to really draw in the game. It's a crime though, so if a cop sees you doing it, 1 star.

I want to see gta in a updated version of vice city or in a gta version of hawaii. I miss that vice city feel.

*more clubs with management games

 

*assests like vice city and san andreas

 

*bring back the parmedic, firefighter, and taxi missions

 

*have hidden packages that are related to the story so it won't feel as random as pigons were.

 

* revamp the friend activities

 

*have random events happen around the city like a drug bust, hookers fighting, someone drowning in a lake calling for help, etc.
