Hi to all my fellow GTA fans like me.

 

This are my simple wishlist on GTA 5.

 

1.Story- well, when it comes on that I let R* handle that part.

 

2.Gameplay

-Just what I suggested before I like multiple city in GTA5 if it's possible.

-More and new vehicles. Add some bicycles like in GTA SA.

-Can Costumize Vehicle like in GTA SA.

-More Interior places like safe house, restaurant, hospital, mall, Casino buildings and others.

-More safe house like in GTA SA.

-More activities like in Red Dead Redemption.

-More NPC and interaction like in RDR.

-More enviromental Interction like sitting on chair or bench.

-Destructable environment like mercenaries series.

-Bring back the Rhino tank, hydra and jetpack.

-Improve hand to hand combat.

-Can take NPC as hostage.

-Dual pistol and SMG like in GTA SA.

-Body Dismember like blowing head arms and legs when being shot by shotgun, high caliber weapons and especially when using a granade.

-Add children and animals for realism.

-More Girlfriends like in GTA SA.

-Drinking like in RDR and ability to smoke a cigarette like in MGS series.

-More stealthy mission and stealth execution like in manhunt.

-More clothes, jewelry and accesories like shade and cup.

-More Gadgets like Cellphones,Laptop or notebook etc.

-Ability to buy and sell on the net like buying a car, clothes and accesories. Selling something on net like Cars.

-More side missions like in GTA SA.

-Improve weapon inventory or selection like in RDR.

-Weapons costumization in GTA5.

-More new cheats in GTA5 and bring back all the cheats in GTA SA. Add some new one like ability to play all the past characters in GTA5 and ability to fly like superman. I just watch on youtube a GTA SA mod on PC where CJ was flying in the air like superman, CJ also waring a superman costume.

-Free running mode or cheat mode. I like to see the player to free run in an open city especially on the buildings or rooftop like in Assassins creed series.

-Predator mode or cheat mode. Ability to play as predator and hunt for worthy and aggressive enemy or NPC. Ofcourse this will include all the predator's signature weapons and gadgets. I really hope R* add this one.

I agree'd with everything you said!

This is way too much. If R* actually tried to pull this off, the world would look at it and go "what the f*ck am I playing now?" there would be no familiarity, and people would want the old GTA back. As for the dismembering, children and animals, the reason theyve never been in there before is because its too graphic and/or sadistic. I know R* have broken so many boundaries in the past, and they have definately helped the gaming world along in terms of violence, but dismemberment is going too far even for them, especially when the game looks as realistic as it does these days. Children and animals arent in the game because it would bring a whole new complex to the fun killing spree. The act of shooting children and animals is not something that is done in movies or games, and probably wont be done for another 50 years because its just plain wrong. Even though it would bring more realism to the game, in the back of everyone's mind would be the pedos out there getting their rocks off to 'GTA: Next'. I think what you're forgetting is that GTA is meant to be a GAME, and any idea that R* come up with that makes the game begin to seem like real life will be discarded in fear of traumitising, and/or creating killers(as if they havent already influenced enough).

-More cheats like press RT to activate ragdoll, Infinite health.

-Better character customization even larger than in SA.

-Planes!!!.

-Huge open world with forest, mountains, desert and over 4 big cities.

-Wild animals like Elks, Bears , rabbits etc.

-You could rob banks and stores.

-If you get caught you could get to jail and you could decide do you serve your sentence or try to escape.

-More weapons and alot more melee weapons + a chance to modify your weapon.

-You could climb better almost like in Assassins Creed.

-You could dive.

-Vehicle customization.

-Different gangs that you could join.

-Parachutes.

 

And it would be awesome if it wouldn require so much from computer to play on minimum settings, still the grapchics on High and Very High would be better than in IV but very low and low would be better than in San Andreas but not as good as in IV.

Why do all these people want things like going to jail. That would suck. People don't in to jail for a day you know. And as for the guy who wanted a predator mode, i think your playing the wrong game, that would be extremley gay. I think all you kids need to play games set for your age group, aka kiddies games.

- I felt like the GTA4 map was a good size. Any bigger and it wouldve been almost too hard to manage. Getting to friends who want you there in an hour is hard enough let alone having to drive across a countryside. I do however think that countryside is important but only to San Andreas, because of the location and theme.

 

- GOOD RADIO!! this is one of the things that IV lucked out on. All the other GTAs had awesome radio stations and you liked to listen to them. IV's Radio just doesnt cut it. The songs dont have meaning, and theres no emotional attachment to the game like in the previous games. I even turned all music off in the audio menu because I was sick of hearing it.

 

- Houses with Garages. I thought the parking space out the front of the house was more practical. You didnt have to wait for the garage door to open, or in alot of cases in SA at the garage in Doherty the damn thing sometimes chose not to open at all. My little brother(20) actually didnt realise the parking space was a save spot until I told him... he was already 80% of the way through the story. Also, the parking space worked well for the realism in IV. People dont have single garages in the city. They could've done a underground communal parking garage though, theyre more common in the city.

 

- Gas Stations. This is one thing I've contantly thought about whether it would be good or not. The need for petrol... maybe would get quite annoying, you hooning away from the cops and run out of petrol. That would be realistic but it would suck. Maybe if there was a gas meter in the hub to say how much you have left, and would differ in every car you get in? Then maybe it work. But just being able to fill up at a gas station, with or without the need for it would just be fun.

I'd have to disagree. I think a couple of the radio stations were good. I loved LCHC, it contained plenty of good songs. But i agree with you when it comes to most of the stations. Especially the reggea one. And also they need to do better talk shows.

Something GTA seems to lack is this- How come NPC's just roam around all the time? In real life, people do stuff. You might find a crackhead on his porch getting high, some gang members playing craps, some drunk guys fighting, some old lady shopping, a couple making out, etc. And people actually go places, too.

rockstar should put more realistic stuff in the next gta and they should bring back the stuff from san andreas like swimming underwater,flying planes,shooting range,driving school,gym flying school and all tht stuff... and they shud make a bigger map,like usa only a little bit smaller..they shud also let u break into houses, or eat @ mcdonalds or watch a movie @ a theater...the storyline should be about a regular guy in usa around regular people doing their own stuff and asking for help and stuff,not just walk around the map like they have no life...if they do these stuff on the nxt gta i knw its gonna take a long time but i bet its gonna be a good game.

The game's setting should be 2010 or 2011 since thats when the game will be based on and come out. (2011) You start as a kid fresh out of college,who decides to join the Marines. While out on a patrol with some lunnatic who puls a gun on you,and you kill him in self-defense. The Marines find out and are dishonorably discharged and framed for murder. Luckily someone from Liberty City, (Like a Packie or a Niko kind of a guy,hell,it could be one of them.) bail you out of prison. Not a prison escape thing but they actually force the cops to let you go. You start working for their crime organization,doing odd-jobs like doing a drug deal or taking out a snitch and stuff like that. Eventually,you find out who set up the whole thing in the Marines and spend the rest of the game trying to take him/her down.

 

And none of that married and have kids kind of stuff. This is GTA not the Sims. Oh,and this should be IV canon btw. IV shouldnt have its own canon just because it has DLC.

 

I like the thing with a complete overhaul of the NPC system. Have people talking on the streets to each other more, have homeless people begging peds for money,have fights in the subway etc. etc. Let's say when you go drinking for example,you can go in the bar and drink as much as you please. If you drink too much you eventually pass out and wake up at the hospital,free of charge with all your weapons. Have the ability to smoke a cigaratte. It would be a really cool thing to do just to kill time or make it have a little bit more of a city feel. Have the gangs actuall get in WARS. Ex:McReary Mob vs the Russian Mafia over in East Hook or something. First person driving view. As for radio stations,in IV i felt there was WAY too much of a mix of basically the same genre. You had Classics,IF99,The Vive,and stuff like that. They should all be merged into ONE station. The same with San Juan Sounds and Tuff Gong. Liberty Rock Radio and LCHC were the only stations that i actually liked. They need to have a mix of Liberty Rock and LCHC too. Along with songs from bands that people have actually heard of.

 

Cars:

The cars in GTA IV were excellent,the best of all the GTA games. Because of the sheer variety of the cars and the new look from the GTA III era. But please R* i beg you,bring back PLANES. What's the point of an airport without having the ability to fly planes? Have a driving school for people that havent played IV and dont know how to drive using the RAGE engine. Be able to access the convience stores like in SA but be actually able to buy things. Like a pack of smokes,some food,etc. Be able to sit on benches,chill on the corner,and watch girls jog in the park. xD. Be able to go into clubs like Maisonette 9 and do all the minigames. I mean,this is Vice City,right? Have a wider range of friend activities to do like going to a sporting event,getting girls at clubs etc. I also liked the idea of having the bleeding out kind of a thing,but with an option to turn it on or off,if you want to get 6 stars or do a mission.Not sure about the dismemberment though, a lot of other game have done it without getting too gory,but im still a little skeptical. And if this is IV canon,it should be the Revenge Ending over the Deal Ending.

I just thought of a brilliant friend activity. What about concerts to in to. Maybe a Punk/Metal/Hardcore band. One of those would be great if it fit the story. And it would be a potential way for R* to make money. For example they could have a record company pay $ to for an upcoming band to feature.

I'd actually be over the moon to have a VC clone as the next game. Same era, same city (obviously much bigger with the new game engine and such), same soundtrack, same feel. GTA have tried everytime to make a game as good as VC and while with some elements that have bettered it, in others they have fallen short.

 

The soundtrack to VC was full of music that I didn't even like going into it, but as I played I started to love it and now I love a lot of eighties music that I didn't before. The talk radio stations were at their very best in VC. It has always been funny, but never has it been that funny. I'd love to see them get their mojo back in this regard.

 

I would also love to see eighties style clothes and cars etc in the post IV graphics. The setting is about a beautiful as you could ask for with the art deco buildings and the beaches, the sunshine, the palm trees, everything would combine to make it a stunning game both in terms of visual achievement and what you were actually being shown (IV was a stunning looking game but it was too industrial in most of it, Vice City would look much better on that engine IMO).

 

We also need more of a choice with clothes. It would be the eighties after all. Style was important and standing out of the crowd, by looking similar to everyone else rather hypocritically, was a big part of that. A San Andreas level of clothing choice would be fantastic. Also haircuts and tattoos would be nice. I'd say tattoos less so. The level of customisation in IV eventually left a lot to be desired.

 

There definitely has to be unlockable things along the lines of jetpacks and Just Cause 2-esque grapple hooks to add to the fun you can have once the missions are done. Even if they want to withhold them until the story missions are done to ensure you don't ruin the gamepay with them I would be fine with that.

 

I have never enjoyed playing a game quite as much as VC and maybe this whole post was tinged with nostalgic bias. But I would be really excited if R* announced they were making the next game in Vice City and in the eighties. It would be awesome.

I still dont know why people think that IV canon is over,and I'm pretty sure its not. The poster on the back of ESFL is just that the game is going to a new city,not an entirely no canon. Unless R* really does something weird then there's no way GTA III canon is coming back.

I may be wrong but it doesn't seem like anyone is really asking for III canon.

 

If thats what R* said about stories conflicting I don't really agree. There is no mention of established crime families from Liberty City of the III canon in IV and yet that somehow is seen as not conflicting. These families can't have been overthrown in Liberty City with no one ever mentioning them again. There is less than ten in game years between GTA III and GTA IV which would mean that the new families in IV have only existed for under a decade. That, if setting a game in the eighties is, is conflict.

 

I will live in hope.

 

BTW on a sidenote. I hope they go back to the past to get rid of annoying, pointless stuff like internet. That was fun for ten minutes but I HAVE the internet. I can do those things, and so much more, on my own laptop. I don't play GTA so I can waste time visiting an internet cafe. It's silly. Get rid of the pointless technology and get back to being simple.

I have a question too.. The most voted place is San Andreas.. If San Andreas gonna be highest would it be San Andreas? and u mean San Andreas like Los Santos, Las Venturas, and San Fierro. Cause San Andreas is a real place...

Didn't you see above your post that the III era is over. And sabbathfan, so basically you wan't a creativly uninspired game? Why shouldn't R* do something new? If the next GTA were to be a VC clone it wouldn't be as fun as an entirely new game.

When did I say or even imply that I want a creatively uninspired game? All I did was outline a few things I want. What are you talking about?

 

When I said VC clone I never meant just the same game with a different graphics engine. I even outlined things I would want that weren't even in VC. I said I want same era, style, city (obviously given the IV era makeover), radio stations back to being great like they were then. But I want some of the better elements of the other games like customization, jetpack, etc.

 

Who said they shouldn't do something new? Were you pissed off that they used Liberty City again because it wasn't "new"? Don't be ridiculous. Of course it would be new. How is Vice City in the eighties any more or less new than them redoing Liberty City post-2000? It would be a totally different game with new characters, plot, graphics, music, voice work, missions, etc.

-The Story That you are Carl Johnson's (CJ's) son or something.

-Skating

-Still the Grove Street Gang

-That you can choose how you want it to be inside your house (Like Saint's Row 2)

-Some cools car like its in GTA San Andreas like Turismo, Elegy, Cheetah, etc.

-Go Online gameplay on the main menu.

-I havn't seen any childrens in the games. It would be more realistic if we had.

The thing is though, Vice City in the same time frame would most likely have a similar plot, gangs, and areas. I'll admit that i loved VC. But R* made it fairly true to Miami. There is not much possible places they could add. Maybe it would be cool if they could add the Bahamas, the Everglades and a city based on New Orleans. And i wasn't annoyed that they used Liberty City again because the old Liberty City sucked.

Well I agree that the old Liberty doesn't look great now. But can't you see how awesome Vice City would be given the same makeover? Yeah it was, basically, a similar shape to what it is in real life, only really basically though. There is so much room for expansion and different areas. There are loads of little islands dotted around Miami that they would put in, rather than just the two main and a few in the middle. If you think of the number of areas in IV and apply that to Vice it would become so much bigger. The map would also be way more interesting because it wouldn't be all skyscrapers and industrial sites. I can't see them adding the Bahamas personally but there is a chance we could have a portion of Everglade-like land.

 

I think it would also be an interesting place because of the sheer numbers of Latin American people who live in Miami. It would feel totally different just walking down the street to how IV felt.

 

While Vice City did capture a certain amount of Miami it missed a heck of a lot because it could never have been big enough. But with a IV sized Vice City, it would be incredible.

 

The gangs will really be similar everywhere. The difference with Miami is there are more Latin than Asian gangs, but you still have Italian and Eastern European, just like Liberty. The plot could be totally different, although at their most basic, almost all the GTA games have involved someone returning from having been away and trying to find their place in a city they once knew. I doubt R* will deviate too far from that no matter what the city is.

 

Some of the areas might be similar in terms of there still being a Little Haiti, but realised in the new game engine it woul be totally different to what we have seen before.

 

I don't think R* will give us more than one city in the next game. Unless the cities are much smaller than Liberty.

I see what you're saying,but what i mean by canon is that in GTA III canon,Niko and Roman dont even exist. In IV canon CJ and Tommy dont exist. So it could be in the 80s,but no means whatsoever in III canon,but IV canon.

Haha ok. Personally though,I'd like to see a really modern version of VC like Liberty,but with all the beaches,and stuff like that.

it could be in 3rd person AND 1st person...

play in 1st person at the GTA world, driving a car, shooting everyone, running , it would be nice... but... allowing to change back to 3rd person
