I'm not from California, but even if this "legalization" passed, do you think it would make any difference in real life?

 

The federal laws against it would still apply and they would not be changed by a state vote.

So the feds are just going to arrest every California citizen that uses it? Not a chance. They'll be bankrupt trying to enforce such law on that scale.

 

And yes, it has a high chance of passing (no pun intended).Look up the results for Prop 215 that we passed in 1996. There was also a survey done last year that asked Californians if they supported legalization and some 56% supported such reform.

Man me and my gurlfriend who lives with me have been kicking dope the past 3 going on 4 days. its been tough. Heroin is the devil and i never want to experence the hell were going thru ever again. Weve been eatting zannie bars like candy to just try and sleep it thru. its 12:52am and im finally starting to feel better. Weed + Zans gave me a good buzz to where i dont even wanna go get high. The past couple quties ive gotten have been some pretty decent midgrades for a cheap price. I live in detroit and we just got the medical marijuna thing goin here so good cali style weed is starting to come around more and more often

What kind of tobacco do my hookah lovers out there prefer? I won't buy anything but Starbuzz. I ordered some sh*t from India, and I swear every flavor tasted like potpourri. Pretty nasty.. Starbuzz ain't cheap at $20/250g tin, but it's definitely the best tasting of anything I've found. I've spotted 2 imposters while out bong shopping lately, same tins, similar labeling, different brand names. Been wondering how they stacked up in terms of flavor..

Man, my sis found a random ass hookah laying around in her apartment complex. Didn't have a hose (which she got from a friend later), but it's like green kind of basic I guess. I've been wanting to try it for so long, but she doesn't like the idea of smoking with her Lil bro'.

sh*t, took me forever to find this topic. mods need to stop changing the title.

 

Anyway, i'm real high right now guys, i've had a great night. Went to a bon fire down at the beach with 50+ in attendance and smoked with a bunch of mates, not to mention got a blow job from a brazilian just before we left haha. brilliant, but forgot to get her number even though we promised to see eachother again. sh*t. We then drove over to Burleigh beach where every sunday night they have bongo's and fire twirling, holy sh*t it was mindblowing. So many great people there as well, had a great chat with this one muscley 50 year old who was vegetarian and said that he's smoked reefer every day for the past 20 years. But then the cops pulled it up because some f*cking bogan's had a fist fight, obviously were drinking. ruined everything. So then we left and I got dropped home by a mate and here i am, still high as a kite sitting in my room listening to the trees community on my ipod. Can't get enough of these crazy christian musicians, love em. I recommend you all get their album released back in the 70's, The Christ Tree. You'll be able to find it on a blog somewhere, just google it.

Ate a peanut butter bar at around 3:50 felt it start to kick in around 4:30 and once it kicked in I was super high, I hit up one of my friends to see what she's up to and we end up rolling to the lancaster (the next town over) and smoke a blunt at her friends house.

So I hurt my toe really bad last night playing with the dog. I was wearing long, baggy ass jeans and socks, running around through the condo with the dog chasing me when I stepped on my own pant leg and injured my 2nd toe on the right foot. It's not really swollen much, nor bruised or crooked. I've tried popping it every which way over and over, and it's just super sore at this point. Unable to put any pressure on it at all, so I've been forced to lay in bed with it elevated an iced (strictly for the pain), unable to really move. I've gotten up to goto the bathroom twice and to make a sandwich and get drinks, and doing so required hopping on only my left leg the whole time. Unfortunately, I don't have health care, so at the moment an xray is out of the question. Hoping it's just a sprain or minor fracture and nothing more, otherwise I could have some debt on my hands

 

Here's to laying in bed, getting super high, and staring at my beautiful tv all day!
