There is no sun as the clouds are dominating the sky at all but its humid. Ive had shorts and t-shirt for the past week going except for friday when there was some rain. @Hart, I dunno but his persistant need to tells us everytime he has a smoke makes me lean towards your thoery. @McLovin. In the Australian Capital Territory, possession, use and distribution is illegal and penalties start at $100.00 fines for simple cannabis offences, and range up to $20,000 fines and 20-year jail terms for more serious cannabis offences.[6] In South Australia possession of small quantities of cannabis is decriminalized attracting fines similar to a parking ticket. I'm from Victoria anyway so might be different in other states. Thanks for the link! Possession and Cultivation of Cannabis in Victoria is also legalised, under the Drugs, Poisons & Controlled Substances Act 1956. Possession/cultivation of 10 plants is considered to be a traffickable quantity, and possession/cultivation of 100 plants or 25 kilograms is deemed trafficking in a Commercial Quantity. I have a minor announcement to make: I am looking for seasoned and informed smokers (and nonsmokers) to assist in piecing together a website about Marijuana. The website will act as a hub for links to various information around the web as well as a place of original content (such as history of, science behind, etc) and discussion on the matters at hand. I am looking for the following type of people: Person/people well versed in website design and security Person/people with good connections/deals on web hosting Person/people with intricate knowledge on cannabis and its use and history Person/people with excellent writing skills Person/people with free time on their hands who want to contribute Person/people who can manage this project when I become busy with other things Person/people with good graphic design skills As of right now, there is no pay for any position. This is a nonprofit contribution based project that I am trying to piece together in order to get something I have dreamed about put into motion. A more in depth idea of the content I am looking to place on this site would be: Science of Cannabis - (Science behind how it works, current developments in scientific discoveries with it, studies, etc) History of Cannabis - (historical, mythical) Use of Cannabis - (both traditional and alternative) Politics of Cannabis - (worldwide legal and political influence on Cannabis; as well as applicable laws) Current Events in Cannabis - (A daily updated list or links for news/information/etc that appear online on social networking and standard websites) Blog - Blog by several contributors on various things with and about marijuana (open discussion). Other ideas include: Open discussion area for marijuana. Anti-drug area - discussion of propaganda and anti-drug promotions (not just bashing, but using reason to dissect them as incorrect) Links and FAQ - Just an area of general organized links to other places. This website is pro-cannabis but is supposed to be openly so with no major bias against people who chose not to smoke. The purpose of the site is to inform people of truths behind marijuana (and to keep them informed on current events in it0 so all information and content must be cited and referenced as best as possible. I ended up getting the lamb chop with special potatoes of some kind in veal stock which was total bomb. Started with some bruchetta, (i think thats how you spell it), strawberry walnut and blue cheese crumble salad, along with this special calamari dish. I wish I had order the creme brulee for desert cuz I tasted my friends and it was bomb, but I went with a vanilla ice cream with hot irish whiskey expresso sauce. It provides little actual links for information on the plant other than a few FAQ lists and a few pages for information (personal,medical,industrial). Possesion of something like an ounce or two is not considered dealing, you will get off with either mandatory counselling or a small fine. The same goes for growing of 2 plants or less but they have to be grown non hydroponically. Some states have slightly different laws, but it all amounts to different fines. Yeh, I'm planning on growing my one in the middle of my backyard where there is ample of sunlight. Some people have done this and theirs look pretty good. The plant grows just fine...only takes more time for it to mature. But thats the beauty of it. Imagine waking up to morning fresh air and taking a whiff of Mary. Because they take so long to take effect, we were having more, and more, and more - while smoking, thinking that they weren't working. Yeah, when they finally kicked in it was pretty mad. I was debating on eating 1 or 2, and decided to just go for the 2 and see how things go. He knew it was time to go, but couldn't figure out exactly how to leave the building. he's been working there for almost 10 years. we still make fun of him for that one.
