LCPD Online? (Xbox)

Is there an organised LCPD group online that play freemode with the focus on enforcing the law with the use of police vehicles?

 

I'd be quite interesting in joining one if there is, possibly even as a NOOSE member (though the lack of parked noose vehicles makes them hard to get hold of!), but my only concern is games using auto-aim to shoot people driving, or people just generally shooting out of cars with SMGS until tailing cop cars get blown up.

 

Mmm, I don't know what to expect though, if anyone knows anything give me a buzz.
