Title - Grand Theft Auto Five (V)

Setting - Carcer City

Timeframe - Current

 

Carcer City Police Department Records

 

Protagonist - Jeremy Keilmer

Age - 32 born August 7th, 1976

Hometown - Harwood, Liberty City

Arrested for - Murder - Did ten years

H and W - 5.10, 175 LBs, white.

 

Story

 

Jeremy Keilmer, a young man from the streets of Liberty and his brother Kevin Keilmer run a chop shop in Liberty and as time progresses, the open new businesses, expand the criminal empire, and last but not least, make more $$$. Jack Fedler, a crime boss from Carcer City wants a piece of the pie. After they refuse to pay Fedler, Fedler kidnaps their sister Lea for the randsom of $500,000. At the exchange at Fedlers mansion, Fedler takes the money and tells his guards to kill the brothers and Lea, a gunfight persists, but before Fedler leaves, he guns down Kevin, and as the police show up, they find Jeremy with the gun that killed Kevin and he is charged for a crime he didnt commit.

 

Flash Forward. It is now 2008 and Jeremy is out of prison looking for revenge. He meets many new people including a crazy gun nut, a car fanatic, a strip club owner, and a man who works with Fedler but gives information to Keilmer. As his ring of friends and contacts grow, he finds a lot out, including that his sister is still alive...

 

Characters

 

Keilmer of course smile.gif

 

Chris Keilmer - The Other Brother of Jeremy, he is your first contact, he helps you throughout the game, he is the Ken Rosenburg of GTA V.

 

Mark Willis - A young black man with a lot of accomplishments, owns a string of strip clubs, he provides a lot of missions for you until an attempt on his life, he flees Carcer but comes back later in the game to help you take down Fedler.

 

Andy Harlin - A rough, tough, car enthusiast. It takes a while to get his trust but once you do, he remains loyal to you, until he is slain by Jack Fedler.

 

Jack Fedler - A High Level crime boss, the main antagonist of the game, once he discovers you are back, he trys to kill those close to you and who try to help you.

 

New Features

 

The New Investigation System

As you commit crimes, your Investigation meter rises, no more of that star sh*t, once the meter reaches full, the police will try to arrest you, if you fight back, the FIB, NOOSE, and CAI (Central Agency Of Information) will get involved. If a police man sees you commit a crime, your investigation meter is filled automatically and you must take out key witnesses and the officer himself before backup arives to unfill it.

 

Finally, something to spend on!

Now, you have a reason to make money!!! It now cost money to start a business, run a business, bribe police, bribe gangs, buy weapons, pay staff, and own houses and apartments. ou have to pay rent, eat, excersise, and more. And if you pass a mission, no longer will you get $120,000,000,000,00,0,0,0,0,00,0,0,0,0, for passing a mission, Depending on your mission pass rank, is how you get paid.

 

Rackets!! Drugs!! Loan Sharks!!

Now you can run many businesses including clubs, prostitution rackets, deal drugs, buy stores, launder money, loan shark, run chop shops and more!!!.

hmm... it would only work if R* went back to the original GTA1 + GTA2...

 

2D for all the money... the first(?) game to go back from 3D to 2D and get alot of succes tounge2.gif

that would be so awesome...

 

 

anyway, you sound like a good story-teller... and from what i can see, it ain't that bad.

The investigation feature is a very good idea. One thing that did bug me a bit was how you had little to spend the money on, but those were pretty good ideas.

Yeah maybe the game can also focus somewhat on more stealth, and I'm surprised you didn't put down probably one of the most brutal characters in Rockstar Games history, James Earl Cash (protagonist of Manhunt and Manhunt takes place in Carcer City.) And since Carcer City is a neighboring city to Liberty City if you didn't know. I was hoping that Carcer City would have been a part of GTA IV that would be awesome. You wouldn't feel safe no matter where you are because you might turn around and find a Smilie chopping at you with a meat cleaver or a machette.

That doesn't sound half bad...I don't think we'll ever see Carcer as a game setting though.

 

Nice work - it's a good story and it would be good to see how it plays out. I think the whole 'running your businesses' idea would be good so long as it wasn't like Vice City Stories. Not that that was bad or anything - just that we've seen that already.

No intention to be mean to the OP, but the story seems very derivative, like someone here said, good for GTA 1 or 2, but not for something of the future generations, i would love for GTA V though that they keep up with a main character that's not from America, someone like Niko.

The guy with the Thing

It sounds just like San Andreas, but with a couple of twists. Seems too predictable. Also, R* probably wouldn't implement the investigation meter becuase then you would HAVE to kill the cop, and that = controversy; R* has grown sensitive to that.
