i finished his first mission where you take a picture of his wife

 

and now im waiting for him to call me so i can do his next mission

 

but ive waited for 14 ingame days and no phone call

 

and this is my last character before i get 100%

 

im at 98%

 

do any of you remember around what time he called you at?

You got to see him on the street again. You only have his number because of that first mission.

I'm pretty sure he telephones you for the 2nd meeting, I can't think of anything that triggers it though. I've played the game twice and on both occasions it was the daytime and I wasn't that far away from the meeting point, so maybe try hanging around the Lancaster/middle park east areas.

 

Does his name show up on your telephone? If so try calling him

Your correct I just looked it up and he calls you..

 

2. Jeff will call your cell phone about this mission. Head into the underground parking structure.

 

I guess I thought I went up to him because like you said hes right nearby when he calls.

but bradygames guide says:

 

You encounter Jeff a second time via cellphone. he's got a big problem an he wants to meet you

 

 

and IF you meet him...dont be shocked for what happened

It does seem when your looking for a random character or waiting for them they wont show up or in this case contact you. Instead continue with the main story missions or some other side jobs and he should eventually contact you. When I was driving to a mission marker starter he wouldn’t stop calling me even when you ignore it he will continuously try again and again.

First Jeff should tell you to follow his wife and snap a picture of her, when that's done. He gives you money and his telephone number or someting like that. Sometime later he should call you and tell you that he killed his wife and needs you to dispose it. Then you have to find him at daytime and he will get killed in a 'car accident', grab his money and see that wanker dial the cops, take his turismo and run him down, not needed but really fun if you heard the whole conversation.

 

 

I don't know though, he should call you somewhere between night to midnight. Try calling him and see what happens. Though he called me in my game.

Just did that mission myself the other day - its completely random when he calls you and triggers the second mission - just arse about for a bit and he's sure to call.

 

My mate has completed the game and is going for 100% himself but left all the random characters until last. Its taking him ages because they don't show up as quick when you aren't completing missions. Its best to just do them as you see them through the game.

 

Don't worry, he'll call lol!
