Buying Guns

I am at the 3 leaf clover mission, and I can't buy anything from all the gun shops except for a pistol, and body armor. How and what unlocks all the other things?

That's odd. They're supposed to be purchasable in the following order:

 

1. Pistol/Micro-SMG/Shotgun - After Do You Have Protection?

2. Molotov - After Master and the Molotov

3. Rifle- After Blow Your Cover

4. Sniper Rifles/SMG - After Luck of the Irish

5. AK - After Deconstruction for Beginners

6. M16 - After 3 Leaf Clover

7. Rocket Propelled Grenade - After Babysitting

8. Combat Pistol - After Museum Piece

Maybe you lack the money? You could try LJ if you have his ability.
