need help - gray imports/reuniting the families

Recommended Posts

Hi, I really need help progressing with the main storyline missions.

I have finished all missions in Los Santos including Gray imports (the last one i did) but I don't know how to get the next storyline mission activated. There is no glowing red circle in front of Sweet's house which I presume would let me get started on Reuniting the Families. I have finished all the other missions in Los Santos except for the second CV race mission and the last two Grand Finale missions.

Could this be because I used a cheat code to blow up all the cars at the end of Gray imports, including the one the Russian guy was in, to finish the mission (couldn't be bothered to go chasing him)??

I pumped the russki full of lead from an AK and he still does not go down...

I don't think it's a matter of waiting for a phone call...

I've gone back to the safehouse, saved the game, then came out and took over another 2 territories, and the phone still has not rung yet!!

you maybe right. it's that cheat which is causing all the trouble.. try playing the game from a save previous to the gray imports mission. if you have one save only try reinstalling it, but before that just go around the city and try one more time..

If it's still not working post a SnP and we'll have a look into it.Good luck

OK, i restored from a save game prior to the gray imports mission, finished the mission again, this time without using the cheat, but i still do not get the phone call!

i'll try one more time, but it might be the "turntheheatdown" cheat i used during one of the really early missions that might be screwing things up....

He has completed Gray Imports. I'll look at his savegame.

EDIT: You still have to do Cesar's mission. You have to complete that mission before you can do Sweet's.

Also remember to have a lowrider before going to Cesar's. Blade, Voodoo and Savanna are three good examples.

A Blade or a Savanna can be found near the mission start point of 'High Stakes, Low Rider'. Both of them are fairly easy to handle and win the race with. However, a Remington will give you a handling advantage and is the easiest of them all.
