One small tiny little gripe

Crosby

Recommended Posts

The black fib car (kinda looks like newer mustang maybe)

is my favorite car, and was on GTAIII.

Something about black paint, tinted windows

on a solid good looking car. I love having a vigilante option

in a car I want to drive(cop car sucks)

I got hooked on this car in GTAIII because, other than

what's stated above, I thought it was a badge of

honor to drive it around-It says you've survived

a tough battle.

Now I'm bummed you cant take it to the pay n spray.

I cant justify in my head why R* wont allow that.

I dont remember if you couldn't spray the fib

cars on VC and SA but I wasn't thinking about them then.

Something about LC makes me love the fib car.

Could you spray them on SA & VC?

Any good reason you cant spray em now?

If its simply because its a law enforcement car

then that bullhs*t.

This is a very tiny gripe and in no way is making me

play any less.

I just really love that car and wish it was easier maintain.

From what I remember, you've never been able to spray enforcement or emergency vehicles, and it's not like you can't repair your car in the absolute pinch - park it at a space and circle a block. You've never been able to spray enforcement or emergency vehicles unfortunately.

You could spray the fib cars on GTAIII

Thats a big reason I thought they kicked ass

also, the parking spot fix is ok, but lacks convenience

and wont lose wanted stars.

^You sure about that confused.gif .

FIB was FBI in the old games. And it was a different car; it use to be a Cheetah, not a buffalo.

PS: I've got one:

Tip - Ram their car side on into a wall so the FIB can only get out one side, and as soon as they do, crush them with the car. And if you have trouble losing the cops then quickly park your Buffalo at your safehouse and save (instant wanted level drop) or take to the railway tracks. icon14.gif

Since it hasn't been mentioned, it is an option

Dial GTA-555-0100, while in it to repair it.

Dial CAR-555-0100, to spawn a new one.

They're options, so you don't have to use this method.

I know. Isn't it fun to pretend? To act like your a big man and call people dumbasses when, in real life, you'd be sh*t scared to insult anyone. The clown of the gtaforums.

I don't remember if you could or not, go ask the GTA3 forums, they'd know.

Nah, you have never been able to respray any of the law cars, firetrucks or ambulances. It's just the way it's always been.

Sorry mate!

I just tried it and yes, you can respray the FBI cars in GTAIII.

Also, the FBI drive Kurumas in GTAIII, I think someone said they drive Cheetahs or something.

  • 2 months later...

for everybodys information: in GTA IV they are called FIB, you could respray the FBI car in GTA 3 but it would change the colour of the car from fully black to grey with silver bumpers. the cheetah in Vice City want the FBI it was just a ripoff of Sunny and Crockett who are DETECTIVES. And by the way in GTA 3 the FBI drove fast versions of the Kuruma.

On GTA III you were able to spray the black FIB car but no other enforcement vehicles, and on VC you were able to spray the Cheetah but no others.

Sorry mate!

Sorry, but that's incorrect. You could respray the FBI Karumas in III, and I know for a fact that you could respray the Cheetahs in VC, because I did this all the time. That was my number one form of transport in VC everytime I played it. Get three stars, Cheetah squeals up, waste two undercover pigs, race to the Pay-N-Spray, and then you have an awesome vehicle. I also used to use the Cheetah for the Vigilante missions in VC always, and commonly hit a Pay-N-Spray between chases. And as for SA, I'm almost positive you could respray the FBI Ranchers because I seem to remember doing it a few times.
