I’m sure there is one written on some kind of in game advertisement but calling it wont allow you to order one for your location. You just have to rely on the ones you can see on the roads or as you say Roman’s service. BishopLord Posted June 16, 2008 Share Posted June 16, 2008 If there are no taxis around, jack someone else's car or steal a car that's parked, then drive to an area were there are taxis and then use your car to block a taxi; Get out and get into the cab.
