What about filling in the area of water between the airport and firefly projects too? To make Broker/Dukes a square. Also, connect Dukes/Broker to Bohan?

To be honest, that mod is quite bad. But anyway for me it works fine in CLEO 4 (v4.1.1.30f as seen in the pre-game menu). Make sure you have the latest version. It's a bit hard to get the gang tags to show up on certain walls (they're created in the middle of the wall most of the time) so try spraying a tree instead, it's easier:

 

If it still doesn't work, try decompiling the file and, since this mod has a utterly stupid thread name, use Sanny's Find & Replace tool with 'Regular Expression' enabled to replace "(@|\$PLAYER_ACTOR" with "$1SprayCan". Removing the 0662 lines would decrease the noobility of this mod a bit, too (waste of space if you don't actually want them for debugging). And be sure to compile with "Add extra info to SCM" disabled in Sanny Builders options (much smaller filesize than what it currently is).

 

Pretty sure this mod was made in an old version of Sanny Builder, too...

And yes, I only read 8 pages of this thread so I'm sure someone already post about this. I need GTA SA cleo mod that make your health slowly regenerate. Like when you don't receive a damage in a few seconds, your health will increase a little. Or you can just adjust the time when it will increase. It's very useful in a big gunfight.

 

NOTE: I did found one but this one regenerates too fast in my opinion, I need to make it slow http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=9503 or at least tell me what to edit in the .cs file
