Hey.

I've seen there are Sonic&Shadow mods for San Andreas, but the models are hand-made and very poor quality.

I found some Tails and Knuckles models, ripped from Heroes. Can anyone port them to San Andreas for me? (I'd mostly use them in Multi Theft Auto. I'll give credit.)

All have 3ds, smd, obj, and dae formats. T-posed and symmetric.

I was wondering if anyone has created a chinatown wars style camera mod for IV. I haven't seen one anywhere. I know it's been done for San Andreas, but i really would like to see this done on IV.

Hey guys! This is probably an evil mod for sure but... can someone make a mission mod in San Andreas where you have to kill Rebecca Black? Sweet gets irritated by her music while listening to his radio and sends CJ to put her to rest. If anyone could make this (and of course a Rebecca Black model) it would be extremely appreciated. A Mod That would go far for everyone. Addresses a major problem in gta iv. What about a mod that makes one of the mansions in GTA IV Niko's default home to save game and store cars in their garages? People would absolutely love it!

More ragdoll engine update MOD:

-when you jump on walking ped you should fall down on your face

-when you fall from high riding a bike you should fall from bike even landing on wheels

-when you fall from high driving a car you should be injured or die even landing on wheels

-when you running and coliding the wall you should bounce, stand still or something but not run standing

-when you're making stopie you could had possible to fall like if you're doing a wheelie

-expect reducing ragdoll when you standing on moving vehicle

 

-any ideas more?

Few requests here, might be really hard to make, but worth trying

 

1: Slower police cooldown. It's really annoying for me, for example I kill hundreds of polices and army is chasing me, I just get around a corner and wait a minute and I'm against FBI. Or using some Speedlimit-cleo, you get one star for going too fast, but 15 seconds later there's no cops after you. Maybe 5-10 times slower cooldown?

 

Maybe this would help making some of these?

 

2: More polices. 3 star wanted level, helicopter is chasing you. And maximum of 3 police cars after you, and max of 7-8 foot-polices. Needs way more, 2-3 times more? Same link above might be helpful

 

3: Army rhinos shooting at you if you're out of town. Also one little thing that make pursuit way harder, as roadblocks with few soldiers armed with M4 are easy to avoid, and army's vehicles are way too slow to catch, especially if using custom-handlings. And in town, just normal, but if player is in country-side, any rhino seen would aim at player and shoot.

 

 

Hopefully someone can make these mods, especially first and second

 

And forgot #4 and also #5

 

4: More bullet-resistance cars. I mean, in SA, it takes about one clip of ammo to destroy a car, and if using modded weapons, it might take only few bullets. Would it be possible to make every car more resistant to bullets, so they would take about three times more bullets before getting set on fire?

 

5: No delay after firing for NPC. For example police is shooting at you, he shoots 2-3 bullets, waits a second, then shoots again, waits and loops that. Any way to remove the delay?

Also since the 84 blazer was released as a pack with both suv and pickup, would it be possible to add camouflage and a ram bar like the M1009 and M1008?

I am not sure this is the right topic to ask for this, but it might be:

 

I have been searching for a whole aerial view of Liberty city, not a designed map, a rendered view of the intire city at once, with its textures, streets, people etc...from "satellite".

 

It seems there is none but it would be cool to have it, maybe someone can help to find one or to export it from the game engine?

Scott Maslen played Claude Speed in the GTA 2 Short Film Promo:

there is a large amount of mods that bring Claude from GTA3 into other games but noticeably bringing Claude into GTA IV is very difficult because the face is very low resolution and low detailed so its almost impossible to made a Claude that looks like normal Claude in GTA IV but Scott Maslen or Jeffrey Donovan look very similar to Claude and of course Scott being the original Claude Speed id imagine modeling Claude for IV after Scott or Jeffrey would get much better results anyway its a awesome idea i just dont think anyone will make it lol but in the future when i get good enough at photoshop ill give it a try
