Does anyone know where I can download the cars or are they VIP? I've looked around for them and can't find them, I would like the cars the be the exact same ones as in the pictures.

How about a CLEO mod for GTA III where a vehicle goes between these two stops: either Kurowski Station and Portland Subway Station (rail interchange) or Wichita Gardens and Francis International (via tunnel). You can enter as passenger when it pulls up at a stop (basically, a rideable shuttle).

 

Also, a CLEO or SCM mod for GTA III which allows you to actually use that [email protected] Internet Cafe in Bedford Point/Torrington. Basically, it adds a marker inside [email protected] and if you walk on it, a loading screen (new TXD file) appears (you can close it at the press of a button) and the screen changes at the press of a certain button. The loading screens will be edited internet screenshots from GTA IV (with the emails saying different things and from different people, for example).

i think it's great if someone can make a cs that enable us to command our gang member to attack certain people (in GTA SA).

 

It's like:

 

1. We get some gang member (the normal one, by aiming and then ask them to come with you)

2. When they're following us, we aim at the person we want them to kill.

3. Then after pressing certain key e.g. J, they'll attack that aimed person.

Hello .

I am look after a mod name Special Forces Light created by Mordecki .

about the mod : This is police special forces flash light.

You can put it on your roof, inside car or whatever you want.

By activating flash light, it creates on car roof.

Then you can adjust the position.

You can put flash light and sirens separately.

When you are driving with flash light on,

all cars on front of you are cleaning way for you

and when you are near some ped that's on front of your car,

he will run on the side to clean your way.

I don't know if it's considered a mod, but is it possible to make a program to edit the timecyc.dat file in GTA:SA, kind of like the ENBSeries configurator? It shouldn't be THAT hard to make.

no, what i meant was a version with the wheels turned at a 90 degree angle and it can fly.

Would it be possible to reload handling.cfg file while in-game? For example, if you're in-game, and aren't satisfied to your cars current handling, you could Tab out the game, make changes and load new handling.cfg without closing SA.
