Poor handling of the bike and on sandy ground, just i was about to reach the ram, i hit a slope and i fly backwards, unable to reach that ramp. Wtf? Either that or i end up with a little health and die at the end. And it has to start from the beginning.

Just keep up your speed when you get to the ramp and it's easy as hell. You jump right onto the helicopter.

 

And when in the chopper, don't worry about shooting up Pegorino's boat, just dodge the rockets coming at you. Then once on Happiness Island, just shoot the few guards of his that are there, and try to shoot him as quickly as you can, from any distance.
