A Tip With Car Theft Mission

Some of you might have already figured this out, some of you might have not. It's said, if you damage any of the vehicles, you'll lose some of the wage, the more damage the more of the wage you lose and it means going to Pay 'N' Spray first to get the vechicles repaired to get the full wage. I figured out a better method that costs nothing for repairs. If your vehicle is damaged, park it in your parking zone outside a safe house, mostly the one in Bohan (because the garage is only a block away), save your game, load back in and the vechicle is repaired back to as good as new. Then carefully drive to the garage and get the full wage on each vechicle. Don't waste money at Pay 'N' Spray.

On a slightly different note, do I really have to type www.whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com on the in-game internet every time I wish to view that page ?? Is there not a short-cut for doing this, like a link form another site or something ?? It never comes up in the random selection, yet I am certain I saw it once before I actually knew what it was !!

great, except i'm 90% sure that when using this method it doesn't repair the car - it gives you a new car that looks the same.

so i believe stevie won't accept these vehicles and you'll have to pick it up from original spawn again.

but this would work after you've finished the 30 deliveries.

wafflemaster - you've probably got a spam e-mail which links you to that website in your inbox. unless you deleted it.

Well depending on the car value the small cost of pay'n'spray is hardly going to make a difference when you are getting 22 grand for delivering a Landstalker. The time saved using a pay-n-spray is worth the small price given the sheer amount of money you end up with for most of the game.

I saw that address (clickable link) in one of my in-game spams. Never used it yet tho. And it might only come after main story is complete, I'm not sure.

You're right, you get an email with a link to it after completing the final story mission

It worked for me. The prices were the same comapred to an undamaged car price to what it says in the guide book. Saving in the parking zone and re-loading the game does repair the vehicles.

I almost certainly did delete it mad.gif

Such a pain to type that address with the clumsy keyboard set-up confused.gif
