GTAIV I hated SA too I don't kno why tho, i hated the GTAIV intro cuz it wasn't really an intro, it was just a few recycled loading screens like Bully. Actually when you first play the game the intro is the part where it's on the boat, and you can see the credits. nealmac Posted June 11, 2008 Share Posted June 11, 2008 I'm in work at the moment and I have no speakers, so I can't listen to those vids, but having played all of them, as far as I can remember, none of the GTA games ever had a decent theme song worth talking about. I'm literally stunned by this comment !! Watching those videos reminded me just how good R* are at getting the theme music bang-on the money, and can say that they are all excellent, without exception. I was concerned that this thread would be affected by the continuing GTA VC/SA civil war, and that bias would count against (in my opinion) the two standout themes in the series. If pushed, I think I would have to say SA by a nose, but would certainly need to acknowledge that due to the severe epic-ness of SA, I have heard that intro far more than any other. Da Shootaz is an awesome song BTW Like I already said, I don't have speakers on this PC Anyway, so what? Please forgive me for not having the same taste as you. It reminds me alot of the Mafia though. Second in line it would be SA. That Gangster Beat is pretty good. I gotta say VC is the best because of this and the timing of the intro corresponding with the video.
