Did you complete Bernie's/Florian's missions yet?

Try calling Brucie for some races. Go to the start line, and occasionally the other racers will have nice cars, like Comets, Super GT's, Infernus', Turismo's, Banshee's, etc. Sometimes though, they will have crappy cars. Just call Brucie, go to start line, if you see a car you want, shoot the guy and take the car, otherwise just call Brucie and cancel the race. Canceling races will hurt your relationship with Brucie, so just make sure to keep an eye on that while you are doing all of this. I got my Comet and Super GT that way. Also, once you get one of those cars, as you drive around, you should see them everywhere. This is useful if you want to get more of the same car to keep some as back ups. biggrin.gif

There is also one on stevies text delivery list, just swipe it, go back for it and it will be there again - this one is gold, the only gold one(I think)

I'd say, check the parking lot where you get the Infernus from Bernie. It's on Pyrite Street, all the way to the west side of Algonquin (where it breaks up into one-block sections - sorry I can't post the map right now). I never went back after getting the Infernus, but there were some really nice cars there anyway it seemed, whether or not the Infernus is there always, or always appears there after you get it from Bernie.

If I didn't get the Infurnace from Bernie yet, can I still go to that spot to find it.

Can someone please post a map, thanks.

This is the most asked-for car, but no one has ever stated the bald simple (and unbelievable) truth about it - it just does not exist in the game outside of certain missions. Believe me, I have looked. If I hadn't had the luck to steal it at the right opportunity and take it to Clone Alley, I most likely still wouldn't have one at any of my safehouses.

And before anyone tries flaming, think real hard. Everyone says things like, "Duh! Take one you got from [spoilers] and clone it, dude" but they miss the point: There is NOT ONE spawn point for an Infernus anywhere in the game. Sad fact.

Dudes, please prove me wrong & I will be your b*tch forever!

The cloning technique worked for me. Take the one Bernie gives you and drive near your algonquin safhouse. Whenever I do that I see them parked and driving all over the streets there. I currently have 6 Infernuses. 2 dark blue, 1 orange, 2 silver, and I think the 6th is black.

Yep, I've loads too. But I was saying it is the only car in the game that cannot, under any circumstances, be found anywhere in the city unless you obtain one from certain missions / mission reward / races and then go cloning. I just think that's a fascinating thing, as it was the very first car I went looking for and I didn't get my first until some ways into the game.

wer is infernus?

Only bernie has an infernus that you could "legally" get. Otherwise, go to brucie's races and kill the driver of an infernus if you see one. You'll fail the race of course, but you get to nick a nice infernus!

BTW It's spelled infernus. not INFURNUS. tounge.gif

I doubt it's there. I stumbled upon the same car park while chasing the police and realizing it was the same place Bernie left the infernus, I looked for one. No cigar though, and had to keep running from the heat.

Dude, the spelling on this board is always all over the shop - why pick on one car (which is spelled about 3 different ways on this one thread)? We all know which car we mean. I'm a pretty good speller but I don't ride other peeps for poor English, as we have many young posters and peeps who just can't spell very well. I used to be a spelling Nazi but wth, life's too short... smile.gif

Just to add my 2 pence worth on the spelling issue, if someone is poor at spelling, then fair enough, I have no beef with someone who just can't spell. What annoys me is when someone writes things like: "wer iz da infernus, me m8 as got wun an itz kewl" this is obviously an over-exageration, but some people do want to type "from da hud" - and it's mostly done whilst flaming!

Anyway, slightly more on topic, does anyone know where or how I could stumble upon a Super GT? I had one saved, but I went and done about 25 stunt jumps, went to my safehouse to save it, whilst on a bike, the bike went on fire, I bailed, and being sh*t, Niko - instead of jumping of and staying on his feet, ala CJ - done a forwards roll, stumbled right alongside the bike and subsequently got blown up with the bike, and my parked cars, and now I have no Super GT and the last 15 or so races I have done have all been muscle cars or 4x4's

I just finished his missions and got it. It kicks ass, but I'm about to move it out of my space and drive around the block to get some more. I may do the race to get the Super GT/Aston. At what point in the story line do you get a Super GT?

A mission for Bernie Crane "Union Drive" when you chase the guys he's in a Super GT but you can fail the mission and leave Bernie behind. Ad least you get a sweet ride oh and Stevie requests for a Super GT so you can get one of them.

I did that mission a couple of hours ago. I was tempted to get the car but I only saw the back of it and thought it was an Infernus and since I knew I'd be getting one soon, I didn't bother.

I just picked up a back up Infernus and am now wishing there were more parking spaces. I have a Cognescenti, Comet, Banshee, extra Turismos, Corquette, and now these Infernuses to try and keep on top of normal cars to drive.

The Infernus is not the only car found during missions or side-missions and it's not exactly the rarest. The Police Stockade and Romero are rarer as the Police Stockade only appears in two missions (one almost impossible to get as it's unjackable and you'll need a big vehicle to push it to a parking spot because it's big itself while you have 4 or 5 stars (this is the mission Three Leaf Clover)) and in Tunnel of Death, where you have to block a tunnel and steal it and simply put it in a parking spot and kill yourself or kill Phil or whoever drove the other truck to block the tunnel before you get in the Police Stockade. And the Romero is in the mission Undertaker, just damage the Romero enough so the casket falls out to fail the mission and put it in a parking space.

Not rare, but I found a purple Infurnus. take a look ^^^^^

So when you do Stevie's text message missions do you get a gold Super GT? It would be quality if that is true as i lost the chance of getting the yellow Infernus. Went and got one to spawn on san quentin ave and stored it -- shuda just f*cked stevie off cause that car is mad hot.

Don't forget the Comet (that car rules!).

Has noone thought to go back and check the spawn? Pretty sure they are permanent because I've used the church dudes car quite a few times before I started boosting cars for Stevie and I saw it there after I got 100% so...

360 killed my disc so I can't check it out. My fault for not getting it for PS3:p

I had about 4 Inferni but because of the parking spot glitches I lost them all including cars I'd collected through the game.

What I did was, get a fast car, such as the Turismo, Comet, etc, and Call Brucie for a Race, and see if there are any Infernus's. If not, keep trying. I found that taking a fast helped for me tounge.gif

didn't work for me...

What i did discovered was when doing quiet some races for brucie, you may finally race the road to bohan(actually the first online track in SP) here you can always jack a comet or infernus..not only that, when i was getting to the starting line in my banshee i already saw them supercars driving around..just before this race..after you've done this race, you can do this track more often..i am not sure if the other online tracks will be available(the races in SP are too boring)..the turismo is off course in front of faustins house and when driving this i also saw more super GT's drving around( IMO both terrible cars)..
