Side Missions *Spoilers

Okay so I just got GTA4 yesterday. I just finished the Uncle Vlad mission and I killed him. I go online to check out the next step on the IGN guide and theres a whole section before it about the Little Jacob missions. Now that Ive gone past it, can I go back at all to do those missions?

Yes, you can still do the Little Jacob missions - I went well past the Uncle Vlad mission before I started on those.

 

BTW, you might want to add the spoiler tag, despite having the warning in the subject title.
