OK, I know this doesn't look like much right now.. but I went through the statistics on the ingame, and added specific ones that are worthy of challenging.. If you feel more should be added to the list, leave a reply with what you would like to see.

 

Rules:

• No mods/cheats maybe used for you to get a better statistic. We are going by the fair play policy hoping on some good sportsmanship.

• If you wish to submit a score, leave a reply and I will update the list on a regular basis.

• If you're going for any number 1 spot, a screen shot, video or saved game will be needed as proof.

• Anyone may join in (whether on PC/PS2/XBox it doesn't matter), but if you're found cheating all of your entries will be removed.

• You must be a member of this community and must submit your OWN scores.. We don't care if your friends friends friend has the highest kill count.

I would, but I'm currently playing Vice City, trying to get 100% then I will start playing on GTA3. I'm going to buy the PS2 version so I can play it on my big TV. I'm at 96% in Vice City by the way.

Oh sweet, I got 100% on Vice City yesterday.. then this morning picked up my PS3.. playing CoD4 now But later on I plan to have a go at GTA III, I wanna beat my Turismo time.

I also added in mine there, it's not very high so figured I wouldn't need proof.. but I didn't wanna add all mine when I created, so as people enter, I will add mine if I am in the top 3.

 

Now onto my Turismo rant.

 

I spent an hour, an entire hour trying to get a decent score on Turismo, I don't even need the map anymore I know the route of by heart.. it's sick. Before I started the journey, I loved the mafia.. I now hate them, they blew my car up around 15 times lol.. I tried with several different cars, I did want to use the Infernus, but the handling on it is just useless.. in the end I beat my score of 157 seconds with the Cheetah.. My new record stands at 144 seconds.

 

I will beat that also, and it can be done.. When I got 144 seconds I messed up 4 times, finishing with a 180 spin.. costing me vital seconds.. I did get 141 seconds, but my PC crashed.. I guess it serves me right for having 256 RAM an trying to run GTA III.. But I'm not gonna class 141, as I don't have proof.

 

A tip for anyone who wants to go for the Turismo time, you don't have to start off at the race.. Start a block back and gain your speed.. when coming to the other cars.. clip one of them very slightly and it will automatically start the race leaving you with a headstart.

 

If the mafia is against you, go on the right hand side of the road when at the top of the hill and use the path.. that way the other side of the street doesn't seem to shoot you.. or notice, one of the two.

lol thank's Steve.. I can assure you I know how to spell not quite sure what happened there.. though I am running on 4 hours of sleep.. the delivery guy who dropped my PS3 off this morning decided to come super early..

 

Edit: Oh I also wanna add, here I was sitting here feeling proud of my 144 time on Turismo, looked up on YouTube.. theres guys getting 127 Seconds.. some guy holds the record on GTplanet.com, with 123 though he removed his video so I havent witnessed it but others have. Im determined to beat 130

Hey, Del, make two types of Turismo records: Turismo in normal conditions and turismo when the Mafia hate you. As I said I'll try to make a record when the mafia hate me and so I used the BP Patriot. It's not fear to put this in one general Turismo records.

I also have beat my record again, my record now stands at 135 seconds, and that's with the Mafia hating me.. I honestly don't think I can beat that, I was retrying it over and over again.. I'm struggling to see how someone got 123 seconds, as I pretty much did everything perfect.... Picture

 

Edit: OK I've decided to add boxes on, an decided to take out the mafia entry.. an I will explain why.

 

I feel its a user preference, it doesn't exactly improve your times, its just a different surrounding therefore people won't get a better score, now if it was with nitro or something it would be a different story.. Yes it's harder to do with the Mafia hating you but the fact you get a time means you have got past them, so therefore no extra credit is really needed. I hope you understand.

No cheats or mods used. But it sure was a strange fluke how I got that Dodo time. I was flying over the airport, and when I passed over a unique jump the camera went to cinematic view. The Dodo kept on flying, while the camera was still stuck at the airport. I flew it all the way out to Portland, and managed to turn around and get back to Staunton, before finally flying into a building. I only had the radar to go by. No idea how the Dodo stayed level the whole time. It was as if it were on auto-pilot. Try it yourself, it's wierd.

I do believe you.. As its easily done, but we're gonna need a screen shot.. to keep it nice an straight forward.

 

RidingHigh welcome aboard, im glad you've entered your score.. and its very impressive in a Mafia car.. Mind you I did 145 in a taxi.. Hopefully you can get a better score, the more you do it the easier it gets I find..

RidingHigh all your entries have been added, an thanks for being the first to put yours up..

 

I would of put mine up first, but if im honest as im the topic creator it would of looked kinda fishy me being all top ranks lol, some of my scores beat yours.. from memory bling bling scramble does, ive put that in and will put up the proof within 2 hours.. I have some stuff to do first.. I doubt anyone will even notice though.

 

On a side note, wow those boxes take ages to update, I had to look through for all the dashes as no entries were put in.. it should be a lot easier now, with a quick search an replace in notepad.

OK, I played Turismo at the begining. My record is 142:

 

It is damn hard. You know that the traffic is random and in most tomes the cars spawn so sh*tty! I stucked even on this last race!

Yeah the traffic is a pain in the ass, an theres no real way to dodge it everytime, you have to kind of rely on a bit of luck.. on certain corners you need to take them extremely sharp and close to the edge.. If cars are in the way, it will cost you 2 or 3 seconds.

Sure thing Stef, I will add off road missions tomorrow if it's not too much trouble, those boxes are frustrating at times..

 

Now onto you Mr. RidingHigh, I must say.. I am extremely impressed.. not only did you top my score but produced a video aswell, I too would of done video formats but to be honest my RAM can barely run GTA3 as it is..

 

I'm currently in Canada at the moment, heading back to the UK next month where I will pick up more RAM for my laptop, so be sure to see some videos from me.

 

Good work, all is updated.. im off now to attempt to beat your record. Also I noticed the Mafia hated you, so extra well done for getting past them
