Malibu Gothica (not that impressive)

Although this work isn't that good it was when I first started GTA modding and I was an evil person by all means. I added a few additions to it recently that made it more modern. I am a pretty dark-minded person and I love horror movies and wearing make-up therefor I was labeled as goth and I thought that I needed a very dark mod for VC and I made the Malibu into Malibu Gothica along with a few other additions. Ever since this mod has been in production I thought that it would be cool just to continue on the new romantic idea for vice city. It also reminds me of the kids during the columbine shootings because I always used a teenage angst reference. I also have to give credit to a very loyal friend of mine for helping me with a few ideas still in progress. His name is Daalyman and I knew him since I was around sixteen and now I am about twenty one so yeah. The idea was to create a very dark looking sky to go with the game play. Therefor we made the sky a blood red color. I remixed the colors of the sky and made it more like my own version but, the concept will always be credited to him for it. I had a few models and such made for me Daalyman also did those and he made a truck with a train grill and I forgot who but, someone textured it a very dark rusted color along with the license plate that says, "Beatingu". You may know the movie that came from. So here it goes I will only post the Malibu for now considering I like how it turned out the most. I do still need to change some things in the Malibu club along with it's layout and spatter things with blood and add a few gruesome addictions to it.

Hellfaith that looks pretty nice and i like the Love Fist Stage and the third skin

Has this skin a higher resolution (512x512?) as the normal and which programm did you use to make this skin?

The love fist stage however is having loads of problems and is getting annoying to me. Anyone who wants to help add it just open up Med to and try to get it to work right in game. Daalyman has posted the problems he is having with it in the troubleshooting forum and claims that the textures end up black and didn't understand what was going on.

 

That skins is actually 256 but, I plan to work more on it. I posted more on the progress of it earlier in my player skin thread and the skin is there too. I have changed some things about it though to make it better and more realistic. The Png on the site already is a 512 image though. I actually used a program allot of artists despise and that is Paint shop pro X. I use it because it's not a bootleg and it's completely store bought. I have allot of experience as a skinner and texture artist aswell with the program. Here is the one posted:

When you update the old romero from VC with new textures or a new 3d model, this is really fantastic!

Looks really nice Thank you I would like to spawn the hearse around the Malibu area I think that would be cool. I am not sure or not yet but, once I get better at Sketchup I will prolly remodel the whole interior of the Malibu. It really needs to be redone for the feel to it. Do you have any idea how to change the radio station playing in the background? I would like to change it to either custom mp3. list or Vrock at least.

no, im not sure but there is a tool, with it you can convert the adf-files in GTA Vice City/Audio to WAV or MP3

But how to convert own MP3-Files to ADF that i doesn't know.

damn, well thanks for the link I will try to change the station lol. With the station that it has currently it kind of kills the mood of the whole thing.
