And even if he does find someone, the image of Arnold as Terminator has been so brutally engraved in my mind, that it would be difficult to imagine anyone else replacing him or doing even half as good a job as him. Slamman Posted February 4, 2009 Share Posted February 4, 2009 Some people aren't very scary when they explode, to me, Bale is one of those, I wasn't impressed by his blowing up, but it was sensationalized in the Entertainment shows covering it. Extra, or whatever, talked to other celebrities about those audio clips, one woman from the View (IIRC) said "Lets not forget, we're not curing cancer or anything, it's just a movie!" I have to agree, things go wrong on a movie set, it's just that Bale is a very serious actor, but if that can save this sequel alone, I'd be impressed, and I AM a Terminator fan I just don't like the movie idea without Arnold. I mean, normally, I'm really pissed off and tired in the morning, pretty grumpy. But hearing that on the radio, I literally laughed my head off in the car. God knows what other drivers thought when they saw me at 0710 hours, but it really cheered me up. I just wish they include that as an outtake on the DVD - that'd be amazing. Three minutes of rage.
