Hard Cop: "Crime Don't Pay"

Meet Chris McCopple, a Liberty City police detective. On the force for close to six years, McCopple has learned of the truly devastating state of Liberty City. With about twenty extra pounds on his girth, a dozen donuts in his squad car, and a lot of beer, McCopple's desire to clean up the streets of Liberty City is clearly far beyond any other LCPD unit the city has ever seen.

 

McCopple was notorious for bringing down a drug trafficking rig in the underground, and has done many public service announcements for citizens of the city; especially the children. He's had this to say:

 

 

"Liberty City is a hard town.  In a hard town, with hard crime, the people need a man to step up and become their liberator.  A real man.  A real cop.  A hard cop.  I will clean up these streets, and no one is going to stand in my way.  Remember kids... if you do the hard crime... you'll do the hard time."

 

This group is dedicated to such PSAs. We are the technical advisors and public relations officers in charge of writing, shooting, and creating these Liberty City public service announcements, starring our very own Chris McCopple.

 

Okay, so... out-of-character, this is basically a machinima project to create a series of short (most likely 60-second) public service announcements relating to Liberty City, in the perspective of the lazy, slobbish police detective, Chris McCopple. They will be comedic in nature, and will most likely remain separate from one another.

 

This is more like a test-run for machinimation in GTA's game engine before I actually commit to a real project (involving this same character in these same circumstances), and so I thought I might put the idea out there for anyone who might be interested in helping out whether as an actor, writer, or otherwise.

 

As far as the actual technical stuff goes (and most of the writing), I've got the capture card and editing software down. Writing isn't even a huge issue since it is only 60 seconds long. I could basically shoot off a single idea in that amount of time. However, I need actors, at the very least.
