This wouldn't have worked because as we all know, the layout of LC is different now and it GTA III, GTA: LCS and the mission when CJ goes to LC in GTA: SA had the same layout as GTA 4, it would be nice if we can spot CJ in GTA 4 where he was going in the building to do that mission.
