Obama hasn't shown any sign of being untrustworthy.

Oh god are you serious? After everything with his pastor came out he said that he had NEVER heard him say anything like that before at the church or else he would have spoken up. HE ATTENDED THE CHURCH FOR TWENTY YEARS!! Like this happened only on the days he was out sick. There must be plenty of footage of him in church listenting to controversial things and dancing around and cheering the Pastor on. The really juicy ones will be left until right before the election. I mean if that was the way he felt then fine. I doesnt really bother me to disagree with someone as long as they are being honest with me. I respect that alot more. I have no respect for Obama. And its easy to not be caught in a million little lies when your political career is four years old...

Of all the things to be pissed about. Not what kind of measures they'd enact to improve education, social security, health care, the economy, or personal freedoms; simply their comments containing a suggesting on how to raise your kids to not be mouth breathing retards?

 

Jesus Christ. What measures has Obama ever enacted to improve any of those things that you mention? NONE What suggestions does he give to improve them? NONE He just goes on and on about how we need change. Then he mentions everything thats f*cked up in the world. He tries to talk like the late great Martin Luther King Jr. but he doesnt actually promote any ways to fix things, much unlike MLK. He has no solutions to any problems he just says, "Yes WE CAN!!" I suppose his idea is to get the federal government involved in EVERYTHING. f*cking moron. I heard him the other day talking on the news about teachers salaries if you vote for him we can change this, and that, and everything else... Last time I checked that was a state/local issue with NOTHING to do with the president. I mean NOTHING to do with the president. He seems to know nothing about what hes talking about. Either that or he will say anything to get people to vote for him. Either way its bad.

 

And how does letting your kids watch TV, play video games, and hang out with friends outside of school raising mouth breathing retards? Obama seems to think its the parents job to have kids working on their studies nearly all the time. Easy for him to say. He has a nanny and a tutor to work with his kids all day and "teach" them while he is out running all over the country. Another rich douche bag who thinks he can tell everyone else how to live their life because hes wealthy and important. I am so sick of these people. Mind your f*cking business. Besides the most important thing kids can learn doesnt come from books. It comes from life lessons their parents teach them. Ones that cant be taught when they arent home. Ones that arent taught by teachers, tutors, and nannies. Obama would never understand that.

Aside from lying (three different times as more and more proof came out) about his staffer's visit to a Canadian embassy to tell them not to worry about his campaign promise (another lie) to repeal NAFTA, multiple layers of lying and spin about his relationships with the reverends Wright and Michael "Snuffy" Pfleger, lying about his ties to Bill Ayers and Tony Rezko, lying about his stance on gun control despite documents with his handwriting on them which say otherwise, and claiming he doesn't take money from lobbying firms while taking fat personal checks from the same lobbyists, then, yea, I suppose he hasn't shown any many signs of being untrustworthy.

I just want to say, that this is all good and well, but why on earth do we need this stuff on our news and in our papers? Why does this effect us?

If you mean us in the UK, then it does affect us, the recent wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are a good example for a start. The US and UK have been allied for years, so this affects defense policy and it also affects other things like business and commerce, as well as more subversive things like popular culture that don't seem to directly affect us, but they do.

 

But mainly its for defensive policies and business, since many of the worlds monetary systems rely on the US dollar, planes for example are sold in Dollars and most of the plane companies are based in the US, so they want a better economy so they get more bang for their buck.

 

On the Obama lying issue... all politicians lie, it's part of the remit, you can't be a politician and not lie, it's unheard of.

The only way that killing him would do any good would be to kill many others at the same time that are all over the world and THAT is not likely to happen.

Some of us have actual reasons for disliking him, one of which, like Runey pointed out, is that he changed his reasons for invading Iraq, several times.

Dude the reason for invading Iraq was to enforce UN rules that Saddam was violating. That has never changed. He wouldnt let inspectors in to check and make sure he wasnt developing or owning any WMD's, and considering the fact he had used them before on his own citizens, everyone was sure he had them. He didnt, obviously, but that doesnt change the fact that invading his country was simply enforcing UN rules he was violating. That was the reason we went to war. I mean, f*ck, If you dont know that youre a complete f*cking moron.
