He also mentioned that he worked with Joey Leone, whose garage was in Portland. This suggests he lived in Portland - I'd probably guess in Hepburn Heights as he wouldn't have had much money. Alternatively, he might have lived in Wichita Gardens as that is where two black gangs resided (Jacks and Nines) and so he may have decided a move there was better.
