Texture Causing GTASA crash

Okay i tried to install a ninja skin on a ped skin with GameArchiveViewer or something like that, it said it wouldnt accept it and it deleted my skin file in the gta3.img, so i replaced the files with the original ones, then i tried to run GTA SA, it crashed.. so i tried it again.. it crashed again, so i thought it just corrupted some files, so i deleted it and reinstalled it, but it still crashs, i checked the error and it says something about an error with C:\DOCUME~1\user\LOCALS~1\Temp\f0a3_appcompat.txt

Any ideas how to fix it? i tried patching it, down grading it, no CD patching it, but non of them worked.

 

If this is the wrong section i apologize, but since the crashs started happening once i failed that skin replacement, i thought this might be the right place

 

Edit: i Fixed it myself, i had to delete EVERY single file with the letters "gta" in it, and re installed, if you read this and laughed, thanks for reading ^_^
