Cause it's been a while since the game came out, and it's pretty much the same stuff over and over again - the heart of Liberty, graffiti featuring past characters, umm... and some other stuff I guess but usually it's just "HEY GUYS I FOUND A BEATING HEART INSIDE THE STATUE OF HAPPINESS" I think it's safe to say there isn't anything else. No cop uniform, no new outfits, no hidden cars or weapons ... not even those goddamn fingerless gloves!
