He was supposed to be the leader of the bums of Liberty trying to take over the city. While he was taken out as the terror plots from him seemed too much like 9/11, he was still left in part of the code and one of his missions inspired the one where you bomb the Mafia with an ice cream truck. Not even one minute later of chasing I hear "nice @ss" from behind i turn around and I see shadow running from me and I felt like a sumo wrestler trying to catch up to it. It was to dark for me to see him in the light. The outline of his body looked like the fear from mgs 3 snake eater.
