Baher131 Posted June 3, 2008 Share Posted June 3, 2008 Ever since i got the game, i never had any technical problems. Today I started the game normally and played for a while then went to a safe house and saved the game. When I stepped outside again all the shadows kept flickering in and out of sight and kept moving left and right. Anyone know why this is? I also noticed that sometimes when I step outside of safe house buildings, the outside environment goes really dark no matter what time of day it is. And after like 10 seconds or so, things get brighter, but not as bright as they usually are. What do i need to do to fix these problems? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
DietSprunk Posted June 3, 2008 Share Posted June 3, 2008 Yeah, I noticed the lighting is a little funny in IV. But I don't think its a big deal. I dont think there's anything you can do to change it. San Andreas had much better outside lighting...beautiful dawns and sunsets. Now its like...nighttime.. DAYTIME!!...nighttime...DAYTIME!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Twistedspoon Posted June 3, 2008 Share Posted June 3, 2008 When I first got the game I noticed the flickering shadows as well. It was highly noticable since all the other lighting effects were running smoothly. A few days later the game froze on me. Then more and more often. Then about a week after first playing I got RROD. Got a new 360 and havent had any shadows flickering or freezes. Just a heads up, RROD may be in your near future. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
wayninja Posted June 3, 2008 Share Posted June 3, 2008 I have this weird lighting issue where everything looks dark (like you are looking at the screen with sunglasses on) for a few seconds after Niko gets out of a car... it only happens during certain times of the day it seems though.
