Do the mission in LV where you need to take a picture of Caligulas floor plans. Look in one of the other rooms there BEFORE you take a picture. There is a pic called "Redevelopment Site": That pic is of Liberty City. Couple this with the easter egg "Final Build Construction", which implies SA was the last in the last generation, and you have a hint at the location of IV - years before it was announced. Years before the creative Scotty DT. Ok, that's my two cents, and surely all I will be allowed to share. Goodbye. ya im gonna go with what you said Amen! I think this is all solved now. However the Elipson page with all this information on it HAS to lead to something. I can promise R* isnt going to make a fake website with so much detail and information if it has to do with nothing. xXmarklandXx Posted July 24, 2008 Share Posted July 24, 2008 can anybody explain why dertyjerzians got busted for letting it out? i've known about that for a looong time, i took a picture on the in game camera of it about 3 years ago, the amount of people ive seen try to work it out was incredible. i posted on this thread a while back, no-one took hint that i knew. My theory is the epsilon program idea was watched by rockstar, and they kept feeding the epsilon secret believers with more of what they wanted. It's the end of an era for the hopefuls.
