GTA IV Camera angle?

Hi

 

is there anyway to make the camera fixed and locked looking forward when your driving ? the default one is always at a angle and i keep having to manualy adjust it with the right stick when cornering as there is a blind spot and i cant see where the hell i'm driving, not to bad on foot but it still seems all over the place to me.? anyone else have the same issue?

Yes I have this problem too, and as you say, the only solution I have found is to use the other stick to look round the corner as you turn. Or change view to in-car. The problem with in-car view is I like to be able to look over the brow of a hill which you cannot do (pov is too low).

 

Recently I have taken to only driving in cinematic style, when you can't see where you are going you can usually get a good camera angle with 1-2 taps in a direction on the look stick. + Cinematic crashes are awesome

Yeah, it's stupid that Rock* didn't do anything about this. Or rather, DID something about it to begin with. They actually changed it so it would be the way it is. There should atleast be possible to lock the angle you're in at any given time.

I like the first view you get when you enter a car, but it has to be said the first time i drove a car the handling was terrible. Now i love it, i can drift anything in the Sultan RS!
