GTA3Freak-2001
why are drivers maps so much larger than LC Well when you lack lots of detail you can easily make your maps bigger but honestly why bother if the map is very bland? While Driver's map is based off New York its a very bland version of it that lacks any major life and detail.
GTASIX
The map is based on new york. So is driver, thats why they look the same.

Well no Driver's map IS New York whereas GTA IV, its Liberty City a city based on New York but without actually being it.
Montezuma
GTA IV: Driver: http://db.gamefaqs.com/console/ps2/file/dr..._token_2006.png And Driver is heavily inspired (ahem! ahem!) from GTA. What should we say about that?
GTA3Freak-2001
Well to be fair Driver came out before GTA III and back then GTA was still stuck in its 2D top-down world. Driver sort of was the first game to offer a 3D map of a city where you can do criminal car based missions. Yeah no on-foot action but hey it was early in the piece and having a 3d map to drive around in was awesome in its own right back then.

Driver (1999) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0257570/ Grand Theft Auto III (2001) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0277723/ Driver was the 1st 3d sim game to go around in a city. Fuzzknuckles
The first Driver game was awesome. I used to lose hours playing the chase minigames. The sequels... not so much. Signatures are dumb anyway.
