It happens alot to me, well if you run away after hitting someone and not getting seen, find a cop, let him see you get hit by the guy, and he will get arrested even though you started it. She was doing great, but he won, looked at me, said, "What?" and walked away. I then proceeded to kick her. She got back up eventually and I just molotov'd her.
