ghosttribe Posted June 18, 2008 Share Posted June 18, 2008 MAN HUNT One man (a crook) is hunted by everyone else (police) in cop cars. The cop who kills the target becomes the target. The object of the game is to see how long you can last as the crook. This game can go on forever with pretty cool car chases. In single player, I find it alot more fun when you remove the hud and radar when getting chased by cops. It could be cool in multiplayer too. With the radar and hud off..... -You never know where the next cop is. -You never know the quickest route out of their radar. -When you are out of the radar, you don't know it. -You never know if the cops are still looking for you. -You never know how many stars you got. ghosttribe Posted June 18, 2008 Share Posted June 18, 2008 GANG WARS All buildings with interiors are still accessible in multiplayer. 16 people can play at once in GTA4. So you can have options of... 2 gangs of 8. 4 gangs of 4. 3 gangs of 5. (with 1 cop) Gangs can be devided by race, and there are more then enough interior buildings for everyone, So choose a home in your gangs neighborhood. (know where your boyz cribs are located too.) The object of this game is too kill off the rival gangs. Once a gangster has been killed he respawns as a cop, and continues to respawn as a cop until the game is over. Up to 8 territories are available per gang as long as they have a gang member living in one of the buildings with an interior. Do a drive by and kill a rival gang member. He'll respond and inform his gang of the attack. A gang fight is sceduled for a time and place. No weapons allowed. The gang that wins gets the territory. For those of you looking for a little more of a realistic rush...try it out. f*cking quality! Just tried it and it was epic Sooo much better that way! (I was amazed at how much i knew the city too.) Reckon it would work in freeroam too - always wanted to do a simple Us Vs Cops things with my mates (Only tricky bit i could see would be knowing where the others are once everything kicked off. Reckon the best plan would be just to have a 'safehouse' to head towards once you reckoned you were safe etc) Gangs can be devided by race Ahh sweet - that's the best idea i've heard yet for 'team based' games. Spectarofdeath Posted June 22, 2008 Share Posted June 22, 2008 These are ideas from a previous thread posted by me. Hangmans noose II: Choose a start and end point. Only allowed to use ground vehicles. A few people will go and get vehicles, these ppl should have no stars. Have a group of people (SOG-stand off group) get 4-6 stars, the more the better obviously. May need to make the start location a good point for a standoff as to get a higher # of stars. Once the vehicles are in place to pick up the SOG the vehicle players can open fire on the police to provide distractions for the SOG (would recommend that at least one vehicle person NOT open fire so all the people in LOS of the vehicles die and the vehicles end up being removed and having to collect more vehicles again). Once all of the SOG are in the vehicles you then try to avoid the cops and get to the destination. If your part of the SOG and you die before the "Go" point (the point when the vehicles are ready and the SOG begins extraction) your allowed to rejoin the SOG. Once the Go point, if you die, your out. Players that reach the finish win. Can also designate a VIP, if he dies, you all lose, if he reaches the end, you all win. If you have enough people you could also have several people act as FIB agents who attempt to kill all of the criminal players. FIB players have unlimited lives, but need to collect armor before rejoining the fight. Car tag/dodgems/smear the queer: Star junction area 2 teams One team in cars, one team on foot Team on foot is allowed to use sniper rifles and nades, cars are allowed no weapons. Team on foot needs to make it from one end of the junction to the other. Cars need to kill all the people on foot by running them over. Foot team is NOT allowed to use alleys or hide behind buildings. Car team is not allowed to use reverse to kill foots. Foot team members get 1 life only. Car team is allowed respawn (suggest high lvl respawn time) and rejoin the fight. Foot team wins when all remaining foots reach other end. Car team wins once all foots are dead. Turn blips, gamertag, and other player identifiers off for more fun. Car tag, same concept except when you kill someone you trade places. Foot kills car, becomes car, car kills foot, becomes foot. Running Riot: All players grab maximum ammo for weapons (recommended). Get a good spot for a standoff. Several people go to get vehicles, one MUST be a bus. Recommend a 2nd vehicle be either a semi or garbage truck, (or big vehicle equal to smash through roadblocks) no choppers. Once the vehicles are in place you all board the vehicles (bus should have a majority of players) and head for another stand off area. Bus should not be allowed to pick up health. Once the bus is gone, someone must collect another one. Can designate a VIP, once VIP dies, game is over. Need for speed: 1-4 people are criminals (all must ride in the same vehicle however), rest are police. Pick start and finish points. Once a criminal dies, they are out until next match. Police can respawn. Police are allowed to use pistols, AR's and sniper rifles. Criminals can use pistols, SMG's, and moltovs (no nades or rpg's at all). Criminals get to finish point, they win, all criminals die, tie, vehicle is forced to stop and unable to move anymore, police win. Main mission for criminals is to avoid police and get to finish.
