Heres a good test to figure out how fast you are going. 1. This will probably create some controversy but I believe niko to weigh about 165- 180 pounds. Little chubby around the middle ya know. He might be around, 5foot8. His stride would be... about 2 and half feet? 2. Take the Banshee, its a good test vehicle for this. 3. Choose a good marker for the "finish line" and choose a good marker for the "starting line", you'll want a good LONG straight away. You can easily do this in freemode with traffic off. 4. Get into the banshee and haul arse towards the finish line. Right as you're about to cross the finish line, press TRIANGLE [or xbox equiv]. 5. First, count the amount of time your niko or your character spends tumbling down the road. If your body hits anything you have to start over. 6. Have your friend measure your distance of tumbling by walking, not running, from the "finish line" to where you landed. 7. Take the distance travelled, divide by time and bamo! The roughest guestimate you can get. Just keep trying and trying. This test would work best with 10 people tumbling down the road at the same time, hopefully bouncing off each other. You need to post more, or people do with those sigs in general As for the guy with all the face palms in his sig., give it a rest, I'm so tired of the whole "face palm fad" that exists, lest it is just from a select few members. zinklesmesh Posted June 2, 2008 Share Posted June 2, 2008 If you have a car with the GPS and voice, when it tells you "800 yards remaining" or whatever, hold your speed for those 800 yards and time yourself, then you can figure out speed from that.
