wafflemaster Posted June 3, 2008 Share Posted June 3, 2008 Actually, one of my original thoughts about the DLC is that the developers might "up-date" the city, quite superficially, as part of the package. So for example, the construction work in south Algonquin may well be completed for the new story-arc, and a new set of buildings will be standing. Not necessarily to accommodate any specific missions mind you, just to represent the passage of time from the events of the original story. It's a minor detail really, but it seems like something R* might do in order to breath new life into a fairly static environment (in terms of buildings that is) and give the impression of longevity to Liberty City.
