Police Helicopters

I had a shoot out in the docks (the small "car park" with trailers in before you get to port tudor) i hid behind the cargo box and they could only attack me from one direction (good area to do it i gave up after 18 mins and let them shoot me most of which was 6 star although i did use cheats for health and ammo) the only thing i had to worry about was the choppers which could go round the back but an rpg would stop that. After a while i noticed that they had stopped sending choppers ( i realized at 12 mins don't know how long before that)

 

Has anyone else got to the stage where they wont send helicopters ? (i know the cheats might have affected it but i used the cheats before they disappeared)

 

If this has already been discussed then sorry and if anyone doesnt believe me then fine im not gonna argue cause i know it happened

Maybe you blew the citys supply of Choppers up

If it landed in the water, then that's why. There is a glitch that makes the game think the helicopter is still working unless it blows up, so if it survives a crash landing or lands in the water, the game thinks it's still after you and will not send another until you leave that one (or it dissapears, that only happens if it's in the water, it will sink slowly for a long time, then re-appear, although this takes awhile). Also, sometimes helicopters get stuck on buildings, usually in Algonquin.
