THANKS EVERYONE FOR HELPING Actually, if you know for sure it is Norton causeing the problems, all you have to do is disable it before you run the game and then reenable after you exit back to windows-rinse and repeat each time you want to play. It is real easy, since there is an icon to turn it on and off right there in the task bar (next to the clock). That's what I do and it works beutifully. Hope this helps.
