Create actor

Hy!

 

When I use create_actor_pedtype, the man always placed under the ground, no matter where put him. Whats wrong? Here's my code:

 

 

009A: $man1 = create_actor_pedtype 4 model #MALE01 at -2258.235 -1707.684 479.7493 009A: $man2 = create_actor_pedtype 4 model #MALE01 at -2258.235 -1709.684 479.74930187: $aboveman1 = create_marker_above_actor $man1  0187: $aboveman2 = create_marker_above_actor $man2

That's most probably to do with the Z co-ordinate

ok, i solved, but now the x and the y co-ords are wrong. I put him near a house, and it is placed the other side of the road.

What distance from player is he spawned at? If you spawn him very far, he will fall because there is no collision checking in places that are far from player. When actor falls very low, he is put somewhere on the ped path, this may be why he is put in the other side of the road. I think it would be best to use 0575 to make actor unable to move. And make him able to move when player isn't very far from him.

What number should i write instead of 28 to give him a tec9?

The help function in Sannybuilder has a weapon id section as well as lots of other usefull info.

Just go into Help/scm documentaion/sa and you will see all the relevent help files. Its worth looking at just to give you ideas for codes.
