I get kicked off 99% of games I try to join unless I host myself. Just because you don't have problems doesn't mean they don't exist you ignorant so-and-so. Doubt GTA4 needs more than 20k/s which is about 256k, not many games do so 512k or 786k should suffice easily. What screws my games up on the PC is my ISP's automatic IP renewing and high packet loss on rainy days for some screwy reason, so you could imagine it would work the same way with consoles. Some games won't congeal with IP renewing and when it happens, you get kicked. If your having a problem my guess is your ISP has some significant packet loss, loss of bandwidth, ip renewing, sensitive or unstable 3rd party host has these problems, and so on. DDDenniZZZ Posted May 27, 2008 Share Posted May 27, 2008 I can understand how people can have problems with multiplayer, due to differences in routers, setups and ISP. Although to be honest the world of PC gaming has more problems than what people are encountering on the PS3. Usually its some sort of small problem such as a router being incorrectly set or the router being problematic.
